The service was horrible, I ordered my food and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have it, it was not busy, the drive thru wasn’t busy either and my family was the only customers inside I saw at least 4 workers in the kitchen I finally decided to go to the counter and ask if my food was ready and I guess no one made my curly fries so my burger was just sitting there for awhile so I waited at the counter while they made the fries and finally the girl looked over at my food to see the curly fries on the tray and asked another worker why they didn’t give me my food and his response was I’m making a shake so they started arguing and cussing with me right there and I finally got my food and it wasn’t hot, honestly I would have left sooner if I hadn’t already paid and I won’t be back this is inexcusable I understand being forgetful of making food but this was a big hassle and if I didn’t ask for my food would I have ever gotten it? Honestly the only person that was nice was the guy taking my order.

So, I spent the last few years in Japan and was really craving some JitB when I returned. I went to this particular business and was very saddened at the customer service. I was the only vehicle in the drive through and it still took 20 minutes for my order to go in to me, after I paid. Also, they simply dumped the fried in the bag. I mean, you couldn’t even put them in the container? The burger seems as if it had been out all day with fresh unmelted cheese. They really hurt me feelings with this visit at this particular location.

My experience here has made me very upset. First of all, I came up to the drive thru window(because the last time I came here the employee got my order wrong and I wanted to make sure I could check everything before I left the parking lot), but the employee there told me to go back to the microphone(which means that I would have to go all the way around). I told the woman that I went to the window so they could actually get the order right, but she rudely told me that she would not let me order at the window. I told her that was fair enough but that they should at least get the order right, and to make sure the food is actually fresh(another past experience). After I ordered at the microphone and paid for the food, the woman told me to go to the parking lot since they were going to give me fresh food. I briefly told her that if I went to the parking lot I would not have a chance to check the food, but the employee assured me that my order would be correct. Well guess what? I come home and my son finds that his hamburger has cheese in it, which he is allergic to. What I’m trying to say is that my children love Jack In The Box, and that I feel upset because of the service I received. I am hoping they can fix this because my children woul be heartbroken if we couldn’t come back.

Wonderful fast food place that doesn’t close and literally gets better as the day goes on. It’s always made fresh and you can definitely tell. Sometimes, though, the burger is overpowered by everything else on it. I absolutely loved the friendly workers who were very accomodating and friendly. Honestly a must everyone I visit Indy! Also, try the late night meals because you get tacos and burgers, so that’s perfect!

Good place… Well run… Pro’s… well managed, people working with a purpose. Also, saw an elderly couple there and when they asked for napkins, the associate didn’t bat an eye, went to the ‘self serve’ counter and gave them napkins. When they asked for additional straw… same deal. She went, got a straw and gave it to them. No frills, but all business. Manager has a great smile, assembly in the back was good and prompt with my Ultimate cheeseburgers.(little too heavy on the Mayo, but good)

I was first introduced to Jack In The Box when I lived in Texas and sorely missed it when I moved back home to Indiana. Imagine the pure delight that I had when I heard the franchise was coming to Indianapolis. When I went there it was NOTHING like the Jack In The Boxes that are in the southern states. The staff was nice but the food was not. The burgers were dry and the shakes were very syrupy and not mixed correctly. The only thing that felt like home was the fries. I will not visit another Jack N The Box unless I am in Texas again.

Ive missed & longed for JITB Tacos every since they left Michigan, and yes ½ the reason is sentimental, because way back in 1976, when i was on my permit, my late mother would pick me up from work at midnight & we would hit one of the 3 neighborhood JITB for tacos After all these years still 2 tacos for .99 And as I go to Arkansas several times a year, I hit this one, Nashville or the new one in Ohio. Still love those deep fried tacos

Friendly, Made to order, Real Shakes! I am not sure why the low reviews, I think this location is awesome. They are extremely friendly, the food is always fresh, the inside is clean and well lit, and it’s always fast! What more can you ask for in a fast food chain? They have some pretty awesome healthy options, the shakes are DELICIOUS, and you must try the churros! Oh and BREAKFASTALLDAY?! Who doesn’t love a good breakfast sandwich for a late breakfast or even for dinner sometimes? MMMMM

They don’t even deserve one star. terrible service. the ladies had given me the wrong order, and when I returned they didn’t believe me; Meanwhile, a kid walked in with the same problem and the lady cook got into a verbal confrontation with him, he was 11yrs old at most. Wth? Furthermore, the men’s bathroom was disheveled at best, I’ve seen better truck stop restrooms.

I like Jack in the Box. I really really like their sourdough breakfast sandwich. They’ve now taken it off the menu and replaced it with a Hardees-esque monster breakfast sandwich on Sourdough. Dumb move. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is the ONLY reason I was excited for Jack’s to come to Indy. Now, it’s just obvious that the upper management is not concerned about the fact that the leader, McDonald’s, is not replacing their Egg McMuffin And it just keeps on selling. Jack is just trying to keep up with the second tier restaurants like Burger King and Hardees. It’s a shame. Get rid of a staple on your menu to be trendy. How many dozens restaurants can I think of that have gone down in flames because of that move? I bet you can of a few that changed something, and it just wasn’t the same after that. Soon after, they closed their doors, didn’t they!!! Jack has enough national corporate captial to limp along, but they’ve now relegated themselves to tertiary status. Everyone say hello to the new Hardees. Boo!

This location is brand spankin’ new. My previous and only experience with Jack’s was a cheeseburger after a long flight to Seattle. Usually 5 Guys is my quick & cheap burger fix, but I was in the area and thought I’d check Jack’s out. I ordered: Sourdough Jack and one egg roll. Both were served very, very hot giving me the impression they were cooked to order. One star! Service: freakishly friendly employees. Certainly above average — hope they can keep it up. Two stars! Cost: less than 6 bucks. ½ star. All in all: the sandwich reminded me of something Steak and Shake might offer, but not quite at the same level of flavor. It was a satisfying meal that I ate pretty quickly, but the only flavor the sandwich offered was the sourdough bread(not the meat!) and for the egg roll, I tasted almost exclusively oil. Next time I want to be a fat kid, I’ll order the Sourdough Steak Melt as it offers 3 cheeses, grilled onions, and a spicy mayo… and I’ll skip the egg roll. I’d also go back for the milkshakes — they looked great. Open 24 hours, both drive through and inside seating. Breakfast all day long. It’s fast food. You get what you pay for! 2.5 stars, pending a milkshake
