Hardee’s

Never got such Horrible service in the drive-​thru.
Lady to busy gossiping to some one in the back, then to what I said,
of course, did not get what I want & what didn’t want, I got.
Her attitude, Stuck. Very un friendly.

I’ve been impressed with the uptick in cleanliness, service, and quality of food at the Hardee’s chain. I’ve been to 3 or 4 Hardee’s stores over the past year or so in the Indy area, and they have been consistently good.
My new favorite is their Mexican menu.
They’ve actually changed their name to «Hardee’s & Red Burrito»
Managers and staff have been noticeably friendlier and more service oriented, to the point where I think they now exceed other national chains.
The corporate trainers are apparently doing something right.
The food quality is generally better than your typical fast food. Burgers and chicken are better here, in my opinion, than say McDonald’s, Burger King, and Wendy’s.
McD, BK, and Wendy’s also have more variability, store to store, in terms of cleanliness and friendliness/​quality of service.
Their Mexican menu items are not going to win awards for authenticity. But if you want Americanized Mexcan *fast food*, and want a clean and friendly corporate cookie-​cutter ambience, then Hardee’s fills that bill.
