I like it when the adults are there to oversee the orders preparation etc. The young adults sometimes miss the details that can make a experience A 1!
Moreover the food is fat juicy delicious with a side of fries!
Beef Kosher Hot Dogs are my favorite!

First of all this was my first time at any five guys burger place.
With that said I enjoyed it very much. When your craving a good burger this is the place. Also the milkshakes as well I tried one. It was a mix of Oreo and peanut butter. It was very good as well.
Only weird thing is they didn’t have ranch dip. But they told me to go 2 places over to a pita place and they would give me some ranch. So while they are making my burger I went over and got the ranch and came back.
What makes guys burgers so great is they make your burger for you fresh right when you order, no heat lamp food waiting around all day. You order they say 7 ½ minutes and it will be ready and it was. The burger was great I got the cheeseburger with a large fries. Large fries was a little over kill. I could of gotten a small and been fine or share a large with 3 people.
Everything was great for sure trying again maybe next time a different burger.

This is our go-​to Hamburger joint that’s replaced Steak N’ Shake and Red Robin. I’m pretty sure that they go to the same magical place to get their staff that Jimmy Johns does: enthusiastic and helpful upper-​teens and 20-​Somethings who have great instincts on how to treat customers with kindness and respect.
I’ve been to probably three of the Indy-​area Five Guys locations and they never disappoint. Here’s a pro tip — use the cardboard peanut trays as your ketchup trays for all the fries they will give you!
I would give this a 5-​star if the prices were a little lower or they offered more items.

Food was great and the establishment was very clean. The only complaint is that they are not very child friendly. No kids meals and no child sized cups. My daughter struggled with the adult size cups.

I have always bragged about 5 guys telling everyone-​you must eat there. Well it’s been 6 – 7 months and I gotta say save your money because it’s awful now. We got our order to go-​3 burgers with fries-​not cheap and mine was made wrong and all 3 were so over cooked they were crunchy. I called the mgr and she didn’t seem to care-​no apologies but I’ll give you’re money back on one burger. What!!! Another thing-it’s not mayo it’s salad dressing and I pointed that out and she went silent. 5 guys-​not what they used to be. Don’t go and that’s all I have to say.

First time in a while eating at a Five Guys. Busy place here on 86th in Indy. Burger done just right and juicy! Fries to die for unfortunately I literally! Staff were friendly too even tho busy!

The two people who worked on Monday Feb 16, 2015 made 5 Guys Burgers my new favorite fast food place. The girl running the front was helpful and went above and beyond to be kind and make us feel comfortable. As a bonus, she cracked us up on cold and miserable night.
Thanks to her I’m now an addict… A Peach Sprite addict

Normally I wouldn’t review a chain.
Marilyn S. has helped me on my last two trips and it’s worth writing a review just on her.
It’s obvious as soon as you walk through the door she loves her job and the burgers they serve.
Her enthusiasm is off the charts and she makes me wonder if she ever has a bad day.
She is a huge asset to Five Guys and it’s worth going just to experience Marilyn and her awesomeness.

I ate here recently on a visit to Indy. I’m not a hamburger afficianado, but the small burger was delicious and more than I could finish. The very best thing a out the place is the exceptional friendly service. The happy employees made me feel that they were honestly happy to see and serve me. Great attitudes all around.

This is supposed to be the In-​N-​Out of the Midwest, meh…
I think I was just expecting a lot more since In-​N-​Out is what I had always heard as the comparison, but that doesn’t even come close to true. As a Bi-​Coastal resident of both Cali and Indy I am privileged to eaten at both places many times for many years, and Five guys, although a step up from McDonalds/Wendy’s, is nothing more than just an average fast food burger joint. The fries are not anything worth writing home about, and the peanuts are kinda weird. I have been to this location many times and I have always had great service (that’s what the 3 stars are for), and the food is fine, it just ain’t no In-​N-​Out. But this is a good location for sure, they are clean, friendly, and fast!

I recently went just make a quick stop here to pick my husband up his dinner. Needless to say, it was a fairly enjoyable experience. The cooks, and the lady that took my order were very outgoing, talkative, and nice. I did not check my order before I left (which I normally do with carry out) but everything was there and my husband said that the food was fantastic. I can only comment on the customer service though and not the quality of the food. Good job Five Guys! You are alright in our families book.

Burgers are good but not like in-​n-​out good. Reminds me of a backyard BBQ burger your good ol uncle will make. The toppings are free which is great. The best thing about this place is their Cajun fries and their soda dispenser. Omg, love the gazillion choices for my soda. So high tech!

I am giving this chain restaurant 4 stars, and you, the reader, 4 reasons to eat here!
1. Great toppings like grilled mushrooms, grilled peppers, bacon, etc. And… they’re… free! Or at least included in the price.
2. Fries are decent… maybe slightly above average. You literally get a sack of them. Enough to share with 3 — 5 people.
3. Burgers are always JUICY. I don’t know where the beef comes from, and frankly I don’t care if it was frozen first or flown half way ’round the world before I ordered it. When I get a hankering for a hamburger, I really want it to be juicy. 5 guys always delivers.
4. No waiters. Sorry people who wait tables — sometimes I just want to pay for delicious food and put it in my mouth without interacting with strangers more than necessary!
Prices higher than typical fast-​food joints but nothing crazy.
