Jeff was very helpful. Patient when my file didn’t go through and very conscientious to get my printing jobs taken care of well. Typically busy, but in my experience, they know what they’re doing, so worth the wait. Also, one of the few places that keep 8.5×11 sticker pages in stock.

I went in to print an email needed for the next day. Somehow I couldn’t get it to print, so the representative came to help and definitely problem solved everything. She didn’t even charge me for the one page, since I spent enough time on the computer trying to trouble shoot it! Great customer service! Thank you! :)

I have to come here all the time for work and I really love this location. Since it’s right by the pyramids, there are times, sporadically, when it’s crazy busy, though. My advice is to be patient and kind to the folks working there and they will be kind and helpful to you. It is a funny place to not be in a hurry when you see business-y folks freaking out and huffing and puffing(they ARE more important than anyone else, you know, and their project is, too, so just stay out of their way!) You can pretty much take care of yourself the whole time if you’re intelligent enough to figure out the way things work. It’s pretty simple, really. If you want to use a credit/debit card, just put it straight into any copy machine and you’re ready to copy/print. Using cash? Go to the machine in the middle of the room. Push«new card». Put the card in, put cash in. Take card out. Put card in copy machine. Do your thing. Need money back? Ask a cashier. Easy, right? Well, go there sometime and watch people struggle. It’s kind of funny how many people could take care of themselves if they, I dunno, read the signs. But… maybe that’s just me. There are also computers you can use and print from, which is helpful if you’re computer-less and just need to check something online or print something out real quick– I’d rather pay a couple dollars than wait for a million years in a library, even though it is free there. Like a good American, I will totally pay for convenience. You can also ship stuff from there but I rarely do, as I prefer UPS/USPS.
