I came here to pick up an online order of Christmas cards, and I am happy with my experience. The turnaround was super quick: less than 24 hours after I placed my order, they were ready to be picked up. Then, when I got to the store, I was helped immediately, and was out of the store in about three minutes. Wow! That’s some customer service. The whole process was stress-​free.

Good selection of items, good staff, clearance section hidden in back (by the kids’ stuff) where I once scored a set of 8 Prismacolor markers for, like, $ 5. Amazing! Bonus: It’s right by my work — so when I’m sent on a random office supply mission, I start there.
