This store is a bit smaller than some other GameStop locations so there are probably going to be less game selections; but occasionally you’ll find a hidden gem so don’t discount this location because of its size. Like pretty much every GS, it’s staffed with very friendly people who know the games & are able to help you make a good selection. There are times when venues like this are extremely busy(right after a highly anticipated game release & Christmas) so expect bigger crowds & a bit longer wait during those times.

I was in there today after I got off work. I was going to buy some items for Christmas. It is hot, cramped, very chaotic. I could not get help at all. There were three guys(game nerds) singing some song in line, very annoying. A young lady buying something and having issues. I think she was with the three guys. Another guest buying a tablet and had no idea what she wanted. An another customer walked in wanting help. I put down part of what I was going to buy and left. Yes the two employees were a little busy. But the singing, the temp of store and cramped chaotic merchandising was more then I could take. This location was the friendliest and best kept store in the area. Now it is kinda getto.

A video game store is pretty much a video game store. I got an Xbox 360 with Kinect for Christmas and I wanted some games for it but I didn’t want to buy new so one day at work I headed over to Game Stop. I gave them a bunch of Nintendo 8 bit games and Play Station 2 games. In return I walked out with 4 Xbox games and a store credit so I can get some more. There’s always going to be a bunch of really young kids in there with their parents and a gaggle of teenage boys freaking out over whatever new shoot ‘em up game is in stock, and that’s jus thow that goes. It’s a super-relaxed place and they manage to cram a lot of selection into a fairly small venue. You can even find some gems in there, you just have to take your time and look. Sometimes I will find something I didn’t expect Game Stop to have and I will find it in a totally unrelated area of the store. This leads me to believe that George Costanza shops there and instead of hiding a suit, he’s hiding weird little games that only He and I would love. BUT I FINDTHEM!
