Ridiculous prices, don’t keep their hours, and apathetic staff who are no help when reached by phone. We found this store while I was detailed to Indy for work for couple months. About halfway through my stay there, while I was a week out from finding out if our little one on the way was going to be a boy or girl, we stopped in and looked around, and ended up leaving with 2 boy outfits and 2 girl outfits. These were bought under the assurance of the owner, who was there that day and chatting us up and shmoozing the whole time(fine, that’s her job, and she’s pretty good at it), that we could just return the ones that didn’t apply once we had the revealing ultrasound the next week. Well, it was a boy, so the next week I left work early(NOT easy for me to do) to make it there within their very limited weekday hours. The place was closed. A couple weeks later, exact same thing. Worse still, my work detail was coming to an end and I would be hundreds of miles from the store for the remainder of the return period. I tried calling AND emailing four times to try to arrange something in time and never reached anybody! Now I’m back home with 2 dresses that cost me nearly $ 50, and a son about to be born. We’ve called several times, and on the two occasions someone actually picked up, we got one– and two-word answers to our requests to talk to the owner the first time(«Is the owner available?» «No.» «Is there a time I could call back to talk to her?» «Not sure» Etc.), and the second time an insincere-sounding assurance I’d get a call back. That was 5 weeks ago and we’re pretty sure we should stop waiting. Don’t fall for the smooth talking or fancy clothing! This place is awful!

Pricey, and not much local stuff. Toys are Melissa & Doug stuff you can get at Target– no local or unique things. Owner was a little aloof the couple times I’ve been in. Maybe I didn’t scream Big Bucks to her or something. I dunno. just seemed a bit snobby. The store itself is in a great location & is flooded with light– very pretty.

If you want to breed a primadonna or a rock star, this is where you go to clothe your child’s formidable years. Find everything from voluminous tulle skirts in fairy-tale colors to skull-and-crossbones-stamped shirts, and those cheeky hoodies with that ubiquitous coat of arms design. Prices aren’t too steep; boys’ dressy shirts and ties run around $ 45, not outrageous for a boutique. Hoodies, though, can run up to $ 72. Girls’ clothing prices are all over the map – but check out the adorable sale items outside. More traditional offerings include a line of baby products(shampoo, diaper balm) that is kept at an amazingly reasonable $ 5. They also do custom crib fabrics. If you’ve got a little one aged 0 to toddler, there’s something here for you.
