Logan’s Roadhouse

Food was good but the service was slow. Sat and waited 1 hr before I got my food. I had to wait on an order to go for 30 mins more and it was put in at the time I order my food.

I was battling in my head tonight over Logan’s it Texas Roadhouse. I choose Logan’s because it was way closer and they are so similar. I was wrong. The steak at Logan’s was not tender, or juicy. The rolls bland. The baked potato was decent. My salad was a good size but there was hardly any dressing on it. Kudos to the girl serving me at the bar though. She saved this from being 0 – 1 stars. She was very attentive and courteous even though she had to wait tables as well as tend bar. Also, the place smelled of something, not really sure what. It was either propane from their grill or something behind the bar. I was pretty disappointed.

The food is really good for the price. The buttermilk chicken was seasoned and to perfection. It was slightly greasy but still good overall. My tea flight was really good and I was happy the bartender made it strong. Now about this macaroni and cheese… It was absolutely horrible. The pasta was overlooked and the cheese tasted artificial. Overall good food for your buck!

My girls and I love to go in and have a few drinks at the bar, great way to start out or end a night at the bar. Super friendly service and great appetizers! Always enjoy our time, especially when the railroad guys are in town.

Terrible steak. The ribeye was ordered medium. It was over cooked, tough, grey, and awful. The broccoli was tasteless. The service was slow. It wasn’t very busy. Even the usually-​delicious rolls tasted like they had been in a smelly refrigerator. The tomatoes on the salad tasted rotten. There was nothing good about this meal. We had skipped going to Logan’s for a long time because the last time we went it was sub-​par. This was our last Logan’s meal. Nice people does not override bad food and low-​quality meat and produce.

Excellent service, be sure to ask for Caroline; she was ontop of her game! Best server ever. Food was great too they were out of Filet mignon but no worries Caroline was back in a flash to let us know. Good food great service we will be back.

I went in and ordered some to go food. 15 minutes later the manager informed me that were out of what I ordered which was disappointing because it took them 15 minutes to figure that out. On the bright side they gave me a much larger steak for the same price. The food was good but the to go salad was a little weak. All in all it was a good experience.

Had a very good lunch there last week. 2 lunches for 14.95. I had the meatloaf, baked potato and side salad. Great value! Nice waitress too.

Their sirloin steaks are as tender and good as a filet mignon. The rolls are delicious. The salads are fantastic. Although they are similar to a Texas Roadhouse, they beat them hands down in the steak department. They are definitely 100% better than Longhorn and Outback in every department.

Absolutely horrible. Piss poor service, terrible food, over priced for what it is. I can get better on a 2 for 20 at Applebee’s.

I’m only giving the place 3 stars because the smell in the place wasn’t pleasant. We did have good service and the food was good. Our server Kylie was very nice and attentive.

I have been here many times before, but I must say that tonight was my worst experience ever. The food was terrible and the service was even worse. We had a party of nine. There were four steaks order and three were returned to the kitchen along with some chicken. The waitress was slow as molasses, we had to complain to the manager twice? Who eventually comped the four dinners that were returned. Will think twice before returning

Stumbled into Logan’s looking for a place with a short wait. We found it, as we were seated promptly with our party of 7. We ordered drinks, the waitress was extremely kind and friendly. It took awhile for drinks and/​or refills to come, but the service was super friendly and engaging. Once we revieved our salads they were yummy. Our server, Marcy was amazing. Like seriously friendly and attentive and intuitive and amazing. Just what we needed tonight! The steaks were cooked perfectly and the salmon was AMAZING. Overall, a super pleasant evening… thanks!

Wow what can I say the food was AWESOME but the service was super super slow the waitress forgot about our salads the was talking about us with another staff member YOU FORGOT US so I forgot your tip…

Been here a few times and all the Times I went here the service was bad the food was not good never going again

First time at Logans — last time at Logans. Service was poor, food was average at best. I gave them one star because the ice in my drink was cold.

This is my girls best place we meet here and the world just slows down for a bit. Love the food. The beer batter chicken is the BOMB! I enjoy it every time. The veg skur is usually good but the zucchini pieces are usually not cooked because they are cut to big. All good if this is my big complaint. We will be back-​Love this place.

We went here last night, after finding several places with 2 – 30 minute wait. (It was the Mavericks first game). I’d never been to Logan’s road house before.
Foodwise, I chose Shrimp 3 ways. It wasn’t any more than I’d pay for a meal at at Courthouse café. I was happy with the shrimp. But the popcorn shrimp wasn’t exciting, and the breaded shrimp, actually tasted a bit over done. The mesquite shrimp (which I should’ve gotten), was perfect. That was an option, but I chose to pay one dollar more for the other shrimp. So, next time. note to self, get the mesquite shrimp.
The sides rocked: grilled mushroom on a skewer, and onion straws. I was expecting thin onion straws, but they were still kind of good.
The rolls, I’m in love. They were very good. Not enough of them. But you don’t go there for rolls. Next to the peanuts, the rolls rocked.
I had great service. No complaints.
I got to watch the MU game as well, which was a plus.
The three stars? Holy hell, THE NOISE LEVEL WAS AS LOUD AS THIS SENTENCE!!!
OMG, we were like, :What did you say?” We couldn’t even hold a conversation. The TV’s were audible, the music, playing good songs, was audible, the noise level was beyond excruciating. I was overwhelmed with the noise… then, someone dropped a plate, and the entire place went to hush. Then it got loud again. Then the bass in a song came roaring. I don’t evne know how the servers can hear your order. Bring your earplugs should be in Logan’s slogan.

I am rating this for the type of place it is. We have never had a bad experience or food at this location. Unlike the one in Texas where I saw a kid grinding his bare knuckles into a raw steak he was about to cook for someone. We turned around and walked out.
My wife and I love their grilled Meatloaf but since I hate to get the same dish as her I went for the hot wings this time. I’m glad I did! They were the best wings I’ve had in a long time. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and the same size as what you get in the store. I honestly don’t know where Buffalo Wild Wings gets their wings. A hatchery maybe?
Always love the rolls they put out. You have to be careful to not fill up on them.
This place is never busy. I don’t get why. Maybe we just order the right things on the right night. We’ll be back.
