Not improving. Maybe they are worse. The chair I first wrote about has a faulty wand. Atleast that is what the technician thought. He didn’t undo the chair when he made a tech visit a week and a half ago. The heating element doesn’t work. He said hey old order a new wand, it’ll be about a week arriving. Got a call this morning(same lady who we tried to return the chair to in 2011.). «Your new wand was just ordered this morning. It will be 5 to 7 days before you receive it. If you need someone to install it call us.» She didn’t have the fed ex tracking number near her phone. But she insisted the part was very easy to install… it is my intent to call them to install the part. I am not mechanically inclined. Timely. The worst customer service ever, still. Epic epic epic fail.
