Taco Bell

I live in Hutto, but now I usually drive to the Taco Bell in Round Rock for my breakfast on my way to work. It is about 10 miles out of my way. I always aye order a country sausage crunch wrap. The Hutto location has giving me the AM crunch wrap instead about 80% of the time.

We have been having problems with Taco Bell for a while now. The order is almost always wrong with things on the items that were asked to be taken off or just the complete wrong item. Every since they introduced the spicy tostada that is all they want to give when you order a tostada. So we have taken to saying specifically a regular tostada when we order and we order without tomatoes for allergy reasons. Well this evening when my son got home we opened the box and it was a shell with beans and cheese, no sauce no lettuce just beans and cheese. I don’t understand why it is is difficult to read a screen and get the order correct and before all you people comment about the stress of working in a fast food joint, I managed them for a lot of years and know what lunch and dinner rush is, it still does not excuse the inability to read a screen!!! I have to say since Rosa left to be a DM our Taco Bell has gone down hill!

What can I say, it’s Taco bell! Kids love it as an after school snack, friendly staff, reasonable prices and great service. I think all to often people take time out to leave a negative review but spend little time leaving a positive one. If your looking for quick, convenient fast food — I say give them a try :)

I absolutely love TB’s Grande Slam and they are so accommodating to remove the meat. But sadly this morning when I went by this morning, I sat at the ordering mic for 5 mins. no response, drove up to the window an employee saw me sitting there but didn’t respond, just looked at me and walked off. I drove around again. All of this at 7:50am. The sign says they open at «7am or earlier». I called the store asking what the issue was. Was told their system was down and would be opening in 20 mins. though had to put me on hold because she had a customer. What gives TB?

Taco Bell is amazing and it’s close to my house. The staff is always very friendly and the tacos are tacolicious.

Sometimes they’re good sometimes they’re terrible. It all depends who’s working there when you go. Chalupas are almost always stale though, when I used to work at a different tacobell we weren’t allowed to pre-​cook chalupas, that’s how it should be. They skimp out on portioning when their waste loss is too high. Basically you’re footing the bill because they had previous sloppy workers.

Takes entirely WAY too long.
Everytime. Inside or out. Even when they’re not busy.
And at anytime throughout the day. Would not recommend.

I walked in here today at approximately 9 pm, they just looked at us & looked at each other & made ugly faces. I understand if I had came 10 minutes before closing but we didn’t. We got out food, sat down, & I watched them do the same thing to everyone who walked in. Everyone here hates their job, & you can definitely feel it when you walk in. So sad.
Anyways, the food was good! I love me some Taco Bell.

So far the line is moving in the drive through. Hope they get the order correct tonight and 86 the sour cream on the Nacho Bell Grande if not back it goes I always check before driving off. Like normal they messed up and forgot 2 tacos and put the sour cream on had a redo but they fixed it

Unbelievably slow. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes!
It completely defeated the purpose of grabbing fast food.

Service in the drive thru was extremely slow. Their drink machine was broken and the taco meat was very greasy. It was so greasy it made the taco shell soggy.
Overall it made for an unpleasant meal and a horrible night of heartburn.

I’ll give them 5 stars for today. Went in and looked like there was a regional rep or someone there over seeing what was going on. Everyone was polite. Food got out fast. I’ve never seen the dining room look so clean or behind the counter in food prep area. The soda fountain was clean and the condiments cart had been moved and was well stocked. No nasty stench from the restrooms either. Let’s see how long it lasts, but for now I’m very pleased.

The photo pretty much justifies it all. Very disappointed. No one takes pride in what they do anymore these days :/

I ordered the new wafflaco this morning. It looked a Rachet mess. Then I took a bite. 1 bite. Omg. Dudes. Stick with tacos. That was so nasty. I threw it out. Thank you for making my daughter a cheese roll up though. That was nice. Please work on the waffle taco recipe. I have more of a maple taste to the waffle idea in mind instead of a dried out shoe insert.

Probably the worst Taco Bell ever. The staff isn’t qualified enough for independent thought let alone take an order. The first and last time we went here we suspected special sauce in our order and will never return.

This Taco Bell has some of the best customer service of any fast food restaurant or otherwise. It reminds me of going to Chick-​Fil-​A where all of the team members say, «My pleasure» when you say thank you. The food is still Taco Bell food, but they get 5 stars for doing what few are willing to do, be nice to customers.

When we walked in there were 5 teens in front of us, all friends of the cashier Sandra and the drive thru cashier Bianca, while I was giving my order Sandra carried a conversation with Bianca and the person in the drive thru window that was obviously a family member or friend that gave her money for her break, not only did she not pay attention to what I was ordering the 5 teens that were in front of us that had placed their order got water cups but yet never drank any water, they had soda instead, then we got our order and while we were eating Sandra had her break and went and sat with the teens that never PAID as I did for their drinks and yet she never said anything about what they were drinking, but I paid for 3 drinks.
I think that its terrible that nobody said anything and the girls Bianca and Sandra thought nothing of the issue that their friends didnt pay for what they had.
Then the final issue my husband was taking the last few bites of his nacho bell grande and found a hair in the nachos. We went inside thinking that we would get better service and our food for once would be right, and then we get this kind of service. I hope something is done, I personally wanted to ask for my money back for the 3 drinks since the 5 teens never paid for theirs, but I didnt want to cause a scence. I think we are done with TB for a long time, I should have went to the first place I wanted to go.

Always have been a Taco Bell fan… I know it’s not ‘Mexican’ food, but whatever it is it’s good :))) this particular Taco Bell we used the drive through. Whoever took our order was polite, prompt, and BEST of all, accurate. Often times when I use taco bell’s drive through (any location), I’m missing food, got the wrong order, or only get 2 sauce packets to split between my four tacos. This Taco Bell got it all right. Food came out fast, delicious, and I had 3 sauce packets to each of my tacos: D!
