Papa John’s Pizza

Great papa johns. Pizza Is always made correctly and is always great tasting. Pick up is always easy and quick. Delivery is great, drivers are nice and quick.

If I could give them no stars I would. First time to order from them and they get my address and phone number wrong but are able to charge my card for pizza that I never got. Managers are a joke.

Jerk Driver. We ordered on the internet and we had not ordered thin crust in years. So, we decided to. We had no clue it doesn’t come with the garlic sauce. So when the driver arrived I asked why it wasn’t in there. He said, «Because you didn’t order it.». Sooo, i stated I didn’t know and thought it came with it like the normal crust and then asked what it would take to get some. He said, «Uh, I don’t know, nothing I guess, you didn’t order it.». I replied, «so there’s no way i can get any?» He said, «No, not now, you didn’t order it.».
I set the pizza down, grabbed my receipts with my cc info and shut the door. I called the manager who’s reply was «I’m sorry, I’ll take care of it». What’s that mean? What has PJ come to? You have to pay for extra packets of everything now and sauces. Sure, fine whatever but MAKE SURE IT STATES IT EVERYWHERE. Raise your freaking prices or ask if they want it, anything.
Re– freaking– diculous.

I’ve never had a bum pizza from here, nor have I ever been displeased with the courtesy of the drivers. But that’s not why I’m writing this.
I’m writing this because the other night, a young woman delivered a pizza to me. I had accidentally left my friend’s old address in the app, sending the pizza to a place that I think it’s currently empty. She called me, got the right address, and was on her way.
She got hit by a car and still delivered my pizza. At this store, people get in accidents and still do their jobs, offering in store credit for your own blunder and shrugging off a car accident.
I forgot to get her name, but she knows who she is. #managermaterial

Ordered a pizza at 5:39pm. Pizza still is not here at 6:54pm. Called to ask where my order was, the person who answered the phone turned REAL snotty. And quickly cut me off to say my order was on the way… By the way that was 10 minutes ago! I love Papa Johns but will not be ordering from this location. Gattis pizza called me when they were late and offered me a discount. Pizza was finally delivered at 6:55. It was cold, the drink was hot, and I ordered a brownie and was given chocolate chip cookie… HORRIBLE

I am always impressed with how quick they deliver pizza. We live several miles from this location and today our order arrived in about 20 minutes. Pizza always tastes good and order is correct. Keep up the good work!

After SEVERAL wrong orders and mistakes here, we are done! Lets be clear, I don’t expect 5 star service from Papa Johns, but this location is absurd! Order mistakes are one thing, RUDE management is another, that takes things to an unforgivable level.
We are creatures of habit with picky eaters, we order the same pizzas, each and every time. Today we payed for a pizza and a normal cheese pizza appeared at the door. NOPE, it’s wrong… Also the extra sauces we paid for (at a stealing price of 75 cents each) are missing from the boxes.
We call and get major attitude from the manager who «put that together myself, that pizza always was like that». He then goes on to ARGUE what that pizza is supposed to be. So either it’s wrong TODAY or THEY HAVE MADE IT WRONG for the last 20 orders. Either way he should have offered to make it how we wanted and then inform us «how» to order that pizza, but since he was a complete jerk, we are done.
POOR management, POOR customer service…

Bought 3 pizzas 3 Jan 15 and had them delivered. They we the worst pizzas I ever ate. Very little toppings and was like cardboard.

Today is Christmas Eve and we decided to order pizza for dinner. Apparently so did everyone else in our small town. The team at Papa Johns handled the craziness like pros. My food wasn’t ready when I got there, so I waited for a bit. The team was professional and courteous to everyone calling and coming in, even when the customers weren’t.

Terrible experience! We called to order food for delivery at 10:26pm and was told it would take up to an hour, after repeating our address to them multiple times. An hour rolls by and the delivery guy calls us asking to open the gate. We open the gate and waited another 20 minutes. We called the store several times after that and was told he came back because he couldn’t find our address. By this point it’s been an hour and a half since we placed our order. The manager says he will deliver it himself with fresh food. He NEVER showed up. We waited until 1am expecting a call from them but nothing happened and their store was closed. The next day I talked with the same manager, Chris, about my order. He then says that WE gave him the wrong address, Accused us of pranking him because he heard laughter from behind the door, said he left a note (at the wrong address) and did not once apologize to me! After telling him my address several times he mentioned there had been similar problems regarding our address, insinuating this has happened before. This was our first time ordering here. Thank goodness we didn’t pay with our card (we were going to pay cash) otherwise who knows what they would’ve done or how long they would have wanted us to wait. The manager was terrible, customer service was awful, it was not worth my patience. If I could rate ‘0’ I would.

Worst Papa Johns location! The only good thing was the nice delivery guy. The girl who took the phone order was dumber then crap. I gave her my credit card number 3 tines and she screwed up! I’m calling my card company to make sure she’s not trying pull a scam. She actually got the order right, but she hung up on me before she told me the total. $ 35.00 later for pizza and wings… CRAZY! I called and asked for the manager and the same girl hung up on me. I’m calling the HQ # to report this location. Iv always ordered this and it was always $ 25. The girl screwed up!!! The management ovews me $ 10 back. This order took place on Sunday 8−3−14 around 9:30pm.

We ordered a large beef, thin crust and an order of bread sticks on a Tuesday night. The pizza was horrible, cold and tasteless. The bread sticks were overdone and only one tiny cup of sauce. It was the worst meal we have ever had from here. Very disappointed.

It’s Papa Johns, so you aren’t going to get any surprises here.
I always order online and in 15mins my pizza is always ready for pick up.
I lived just down 685 and also stayed at the Holiday Inn literally right behind the little strip mall this Papa Johns is in so it was faster (and easier) to just take the two mins to go and pick it up and save myself a delivery fee + tip and the extra 20mins it would have taken for delivery. When I got there, it was a quick and easy in and out (especially if you prepay online), so all in all it is less than 20mins to a hot, delicious, and often cheap pizza!
The staff is also surprisingly nice!

I do not often Unilocal… or complain for that matter. I make allowances for mistakes to be made. I work in a customer service field and I understand that things happen or people can be unrealistic. We ordered pizza from here with an estimated delivery time of 30 – 40 minutes. I get that it is estimated… well after almost an 1:20 minutes we called just to see what the hold up was. They had no answers and did not even offer an apology. Their response was «they should be there any second». Seconds… ya right. It was another 20 minutes. When they finally showed up the delivery guy didn’t even offer up an apology. I asked if they had been busy that night… his reply was no. I wanted to yell «Then why did it take over an 1:30 to get here»…but I would never do that or want to be that person. The kicker was when I finally opened the box to dive into the pizza and chicken dippers… they were stone cold.
I get this is not gourmet. I wasn’t expecting anything special. I would have liked warm pizza and/​or an apology. We didn’t get either. I don’t even feel the need for them to offer anything free. An apology cost you nothing… but not apologizing or being sympathetic has cost you a customer.
I will not hold all chains responsible but we will not order here again.

We love Papa John’s and have been lucky to have it from other great stores– but the one in Hutto is the closest to our place so it’s the one that delivers and this on *SUCKS* HUGE ASS B*LLS. We’ve tried this place several times and every time it’s like they’ve taken a 4 hour detour to get to our place. The pizza is always cold, the orders are almost always wrong and when we call to get it corrected– the people are unprofessional and immature. No thanks. I’ll spend our money elsewhere.

When we spend our dough, we spend it on Papa John’s dough. Ah, this place is fast food pizza at its best. We happened to be in the area and needed to suppress our appetite and children’s thus we stumbled on this Papa John’s (behind Sonic) and it did just that. We ordered the special: $ 10.00 large and garlic parmesan breadsticks (additional cost, not part of the special). Our order was ready in less than 15 minutes; we even watched them hand-​flip the dough. It was still hot and fresh tasting by the time we got home. The customer service received was flawless as well; we’ll be back again soon.

We love the papa johns points! You earn free pizzas. One nights like tonight when I don’t feel like cooking its a treat!
A couple of weeks ago we ordered 15 pizzas for my son’s birthday. We ordered them a day early. Everything went as planned.

We order from this Papa John’s on a pretty regular basis. We have never had a problem with quality and delivery time tends to be about 30 minutes or less during the week and about an hour Friday and Saturday evenings.
