Terrible customer service and follow-up. Emailed, called and basically begged for service. Had it scheduled twice and each time they cancelled and then after all of that bad customer service, I was then told they didn’t know when they could get to the work? What kind of business puts you on the schedule, cancels on you and then takes you off the schedule and can not even give you an estimate on when they might actually come out to provide service??? Terrible! Too many other good companies here in Austin area. Not sure how they came up with their name but it is anything but«expert». Would not recommend at all. They may be great once they arrive, but don’t hold your breath waiting…

I called and asked to have someone come out. I had a hard time getting them to come out. He gets lost on the way to my house and charges me for that time.(Name of person was Kevin) I gave specific directions. After 10 – 20 minutes of looking at AC, the system just turns on all by itself. Ok, he didn’t do anything, but I guess I have to pay something for him coming out. He proceeds to talk about his life, ask me about my life, shows me how to hose down the outside unit, looks at my filters, takes readings of temperatures, then sits in his van for about 30 minutes. Not only does he charge for the time he got lost, he charges me for 30 minutes of travel time even though he lives 10 – 15 minutes away. Then he charges me for the whole time he was at my place including him sitting in his van. I didn’t need him talking about filters and hoses and his life. He could have left right after the AC turned back on. So he charges me 1.5 hours for work plus 0.5 hour for travel plus all of that at time and a half for being Saturday. Total comes to $ 209. I asked him to lower it because he wasn’t doing actual work most of the time he was here. He lowered it to $ 157. Still a rip off. Just the fact that he tried to charge $ 209 is so dishonorable. Then only lowering it to $ 157 was dishonorable also. Don’t ever use this company, and please tell all your friends not to use them.

We were expecting company around noon on a Monday and of course the A/C went out Sunday afternoon. We didn’t even attempt to find anyone until Monday morning and the first few places we called gave us an estimate of when they could come out from 24 to 72 hours. We contacted Expert Air and they had someone out within two hours and after finding a capacitor burned out, had our A/C back on in no time. The Technician also spent a little extra time and cleaned out the accumulated debris. The charges were very, very reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone.
