My husband is the only one who has been to this location. They do a decent enough job on his very basic guys hair cut and its usually inexpensive, we usually get coupons in one of those mailer things every couple months so when the one on grapevine hwy near kroger closed my husband started coming here.
Yet I would probably be safe to say if your looking for particular cuts, dyes & such you need to not jump places every time you go get your hair cut Become a regular at a particular place and figure out which stylist does your hair the best & get their contact information so if they move jobs you know it! Even if they work at a pro-​cuts, jcpenny, ulta, wherever …

I hardly ever complain formally. But, I got the WORST haircut Sunday evening at your 956 Melbourne Rd, Hurst, TX store. There were two women working when I went in. I was serviced by the younger girl that has a seven year old little girl. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. I have long strait hair and I needed a strait trim. I didn’t have layers and didn’t want layers. Now the front if my hair is half to three quarters of an inch shorter than the rest. And it’s not smooth at all! It looks like a stair step! It really looks awful! I’m very unhappy. Someone needs to teach her how to trim long hair. Or at least have her tell customers like me that someone else needs to help them. Thank you for your time.
