Terrible!!! Manager is rude and the lady who cut my hair is a joke she must of been an idiot she chopped it really bad. Don’t waste your time or hair or money here plus it looks really dirty and run down inside.

Here’s the deal, I get my hair done pretty often so I’m well aware of all the implications of getting your hair bleached.
While my hair dresser, Adela, was very sweet and accommodating I felt like she forgot about me mid appointment… after she had put in my foils. I have a LOT of hair, so some of the foils had already been in for 10 – 15 minutes before she finished. She left me sitting in the chair for 25 minutes after saying I just needed another 15. Sure, what difference does 10 minutes make? In the world of bleach, a lot. The top of my head looks fine, color is good, cut is great. All of the layers underneath, however, are super fried. Not «oh you bleach your hair too much» fried, this was mostly virgin hair which, for me, lifts incredibly easily.
So now I’m dealing with a lot of breakage on the bottom and it’s really frustrating.
The cut, however, was great! She did my bangs pretty much perfectly, which is really hard to accomplish since I’m really anal about my bangs.

This place has too much drama and the stylists aren’t that great. The ones that have been there for a long time are the ones that aren’t nice at all and they make the new girls feel unwelcome. Also, this place was rated poorly for the stylists not cleaning their brushes. So if you don’t want someone else’s scalp and hair diseases, I suggest not coming here. They have the inspection paperwork posted on their board where everyone can see, just that some people don’t know it’s there. I saw it on the customer waiting area near the front desk.
