This place is amazing! I would ONLY recommend Megan and Maria here. They’ve taken care of me time after time with no problem. Sadly today I went in and the new manager «Stacey» cut my hair. Maria wasn’t there and Megan was busy. I was on a time crunch. My hairstyle is in no way complicated. I have a top knot and there’s an undercut that divides it from the rest of my hair. I get a half all around and leave the top alone. Stacey somehow shaved passed my undercut and into my top knot. To make it worse, she even left dime size strands of hair throughout my head.

Went in to have haircut fixed from Roanoke location fully intending to pay for anther cut — manager (Stacy) took one look and said she’d comp it because it was so bad. Roanoke wasn’t her store, and she could have charged me. A little nice goes a LONG way. Thank you for being decent, for making it right, and for going above and beyond.

I hope that Management and the employees see this review. As far as the actual haircuts. They do a great job. Pretty nice and make the cuts look good. But the WAIT is ridiculous. The girls take their time between cuts. Once their done they walk up to the register. Stare at the computer for a while and don’t acknowledge you’ve been waiting for 35 minutes or more and walk back and start cleaning up their station. We got things to do. Sometimes I have gone during lunch and had to walk out because I had already waited 40 minutes. This place needs a sense of urgency. Never fails. Be prepared to wait a long time. I’ve gotten my haircut at a lot of different places and never had to wait like I do here

My husband tried to get a hair cut here their was only one person in front of him. The other person went and they still had my husband waiting for over 30 min and he walked out and left. This was on a Wednesday at 5:30 and they weren’t busy. We have had this problem several times here and he will not be coming back here.

Overall experience was good. I didnt know what to expect since it was my first time going. The usual place I go to was closed, so I thought why not try this place. A friend mentioned the MVP, all he talks about. So I tried it.
Heather came and helped me out. She was really nice and helpful. Was even pretty cool with conversation. Sometimes people can be weird but she was very natural. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Hot towel and massage was unexpected; I had no idea that all that was included, but I enjoyed it.

I’ve been going there for a few years. As with many saloons, some of the stylists are great and some aren’t. I’ve had amazing cuts from Melissa, Heather, and Nancy. They log your preferences in the computer, so next time you come the stylist knows what you normally get.
With that said, one stylist I’ve had a few time, only knows how to cut hair short. Knowing this, I gave her the same instructions I’ve given the stylists in the past and she said she got it. Then she goes in and jacked it up. She said everyone else likes it short and my cut looks good… I believe English is her second language and she didn’t understand my requests and the visual guides I gave her.
Aside from one not so great apple, I’ve had great service from the stylist listed above and a few others. I will continue to come back, I’ll just request a stylist with better communication skills.

What a really nice experience. I come from California and the services I got at the Sports Clips there are very consistent with what I got here.
Nancy did a good job on my hair cut. Almost Great. Probably two snips away from it.
I was by no means disappointed. I came back the next day and left her a tip.
Nancy explained everything as she did it. From laying out the towel and supplies to trimming the hair. She kept up good conversation and paid attention to other customers coming, all while being focused on my hair cut.
I had a coupon for a «free cut» and she treated me like just another paying customer. I will be back for many more hair cuts!

Start off that my boyfriend received a terrible hair cut. The hairdresser didn’t even know what a «fade» was, which was the first hint that this would not have a good ending. The neckline was even worse which was left uneven. He had asked for a medium to low-​fade and received a haircut that I could only say resembles an uneven box… The top was shorter then the sides… other then that the interior was nice and the girls working there seem to be nice to but if they cant cut hair what’s the point.
