Terrible food and it made us sick. Avoid this one!

As far as Chinese kitchens are concerned this one is okay. I feel bad for them that they have to listen to the traffic on Jericho Turnpike and it is like noise pollution but the food is OK you can’t go wrong ordering from here as opposed to the other dumps that you have as options. Top one is disgusting and vile at least this place the food taste good but I’m not sure about the quality you get at any fast food Chinese place.

For an area so populated by various Chinese food restaurants, I was shocked to find this was one of the only ones open past 10 P.M. For $ 6.79 I received a vegetable combo that came with white rice, and I got a spring roll. The inside of the store is built for take-out, a few seats by the door for those waiting. Jacky Kitchen is located across from 7 – 11 on Jericho Turnpike, and stands out as a small stand-alone building with parking in back. The food was comparable to many other take-out Chinese food in the area, though I don’t think I would order the spring roll again. The rice and vegetables were satisfactory, the combo came with more vegetables than would fit a pint, with a generous portion of broccoli mixed with the onions and carrots.

Exactly what you would expect from fast food Chinese. Nice folks though.

Nope. Not at all. Was NOT a fan of the food. They were pleasant, and quick enough, but the food was oily and flavourless. I think we got rice, scallion pancakes and something else, but there was absolutely no flavor in anything.

I used to order from them infrequently as my husband doesn’t like their hot and sour soup, but decided that since we had friends over we would try them again. They are okay in that they have the ability to use credit cards over the phone and they have some menu items that aren’t found in most other locales. This time, however, 2 out of 4 of us received food that was sub-par. It was as if they forgot to salt everything and so it was completely bland even with the use of soy sauce. Delivery time was also over 40 minutes from time of order. Sorry to say that I will not be ordering from them again.

Solid Chinese take out. Recently moved to Huntington and needed a go to Chinese restaurant to satisfy the cravings. Luckily I found Jacky kitchen and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s your basic run of the mill Chinese take out place, but the food is always great and the people who deliver and take your order are always friendly. It’s conveniently located right on Jericho turnpike just up the street from the Huntington Target. Don’t drive too fast or you’ll miss it. It’s in a stand alone building across from 7⁄11. If you’re in the need for something quick without the hassle of cooking for yourself, I’d definitely recommend Jacky kitchen.

Uses quality chicken but pork was a little overdone. I wouldn’t have been so critical if delivery wasn’t one hour and 5 min.

I love jacky kitchen. The owners are friendly and always give extra food to my family. I like their veggie fried rice. The boneless chicken, my favorite Cantonese dish, is quite good too.

I usually get the sesame chicken dinner plate aand chicken has always been tender. The egg roll is not overly saturated with nice crisp texture. I had been using Jani’s but besides not being very friendly, there food is nowhere as good as this place. Also prices are better at Jacky.

Staff is friendly, steamed dumplings were a little doughy … Not enough sauce on spare ribs or mei fun … A little bland …

I had the boneless spare rib dinner combination again last night and wondered why I hadn’t told the world how good this place is. I moved to Huntington from Queens over a year ago. In my old neighborhood there were many Chinese take out options and everyone fought over who was the best. I don’t think there is any argument here, this is it! I was ordering from another place when we decided to give this place a try. I wont order from anywhere else. Even my Queens peeps agree this spot is the real deal. If you order delivery on a Friday or Saturday be prepared to wait for over an hour.

This is my go-to Chinese take-out restaurant. IMO, they have the most solid Chinese food in the neighborhood. It’s not overly greasy, the portion size is good, the prices are good. Their egg drop soup is one of my favorites, and everything comes fresh and hot– really everything I expect from good Chinese food. We’ve tried many items on the menu and not been disappointed.

I was running down the road trying to loosen my load. Just kidding; I was in a random house doing my job. But I did have a world of trouble on my mind. So, as I was saying, I was held captive in a random house by foreign intelligence operatives and the operatives were hungry. And this is the place from which we procured foodstuffs, mainly because it was two blocks away. I don’t want to say that this is the absolute best takeaway I’ve ever gotten because I don’t want to build this place up so much that you’re disappointed. But I do want to say that it’s incredibly solid food at great prices. Everything gets crisped up nicely(and doesn’t get disgustingly steamed in the trays on the admittedly short trip to the foreign intelligence operatives) and was clean and fresh. We didn’t get any gross, bottom of the barrel meat or vegetables. It may have been because we had guns but, really, I think they’re good all the time. Give them a try if you’re ever held captive by hungry foreign intelligence operatives.

I ordered from them for the first time and since I usually rate a place by their general Tso’s combination that was what I ordered. They delivered quickly which I was happy about but was disappointed with the meal. It seems to be bland overall. The pork fried rice had little to no pork and contained a lot of onions and only a smattering of peas and was very bland. The chicken also was lacking flavor and was more sweet than anything. The egg roll followed suit.
