This is my favorite Phở place. I go about once a week, sometimes more sometimes less. Quality is always great as is their customer service. Love the Phở here.

3 stars for the FOOD, 4 stars for SERVICE FOOD: This place would be a solid 4 stars on food alone based on its bahn mi, special plates, and its rice and vermicelli combos. But when you factor in phở, one of its staples, I have to retract a star. The phở is tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to Phở Tastee for its phở specifically. If you have a mixed party of people wanting to try a variety of Vietnamese dishes along with the odd bowl of phở, Phở Tastee is the perfect choice. SERVICE: The one star I took off for phở, I gave back for service. Usually, I don’t detract a star for bad service. Good service merely heightens a good food experience and you’ll get that here in spades. So for all you phở fans who don’t enjoy lackluster service at other hardcore phở places, you’ll definitely appreciate the owner’s funny back-and-forth and the front of house waitress’ friendliness and helpfulness. EXTRAS: Good taro boba, huge variety of other boba drink flavors, and great fried rice.

Older lady was very kind, checked up on me and tables around me. Customer service was top notch, very kind and attentive. My chicken phở noodles cost around $ 8.40 ! Overpriced and portions are smaller than normal. I will go elsewhere for my phở cravings. Some people know better, 15 minutes down the street in the Little Saigon, Westminster, Garden Grove area. Brookhurst + Mcfadden’s Phở 54, Brookhurst + Westminster and Bushard + Bolsa where phở places are literally everywhere, in every shoppping center. Over there, you’ll pay less and get bigger portions generally. Because it’s oversaturated there with tooo many phở and vietnamese restaurants, they have to be competitive, run specials = Low prices for consumers :) Here at Phở Tastee, there was barely any meat, not enough noodles, broth was ok. It’s only like 3 miles away from the beach, so the higher prices is no surprise. If you live near and don’t wanna drive far this place will do just fine. There are barely any viet places in this area(South HB) anyways so that’s a plus. I like everything about this place, service n food was good, EXCEPT the small portions & high prices. I’ll come again to try other stuff like rice /meat dishes, fried rice, appetizers, etc

I’ve been to well over 30 phở places in my life and I have to say this is the best phở I’ve ever had in my life!!! The broth is so addicting! Amazing egg rolls! Really friendly staff and a great place to relax, eat and watch tv. Seriously though you need to try this place and try the broth. You won’t be disappointed.

This is my favorite phở restaurant, the broth is just right. I just had it last night and it is always the same consistency :)

Very pricey and nothing compared to the Garden Grove area, Huntington Beach should not be making Phó leave it to the Asian cities

I don’t know what has taken me so long to write a review for Phở Tastee. This place is right up the street from my apartment, and I come here at least once a week. They have by far the best phở broth I’ve ever had. I work near Little Saigon and have tried many phở places in the area. Phở Tastee is still the best.

There’s not a lot of places to get Phở around HB. This is the best! I’m usually all about chicken but their beef broth is amazing. The only bummer is they don’t deliver.

I used to come here a lot and visited again today. The quality has significantly decreased. My spring rolls weren’t that good and the broth is tasteless and the peanut sauce was so watered down … I also just found a hair in my phở. Their price is ridiculously high with not so good quality. $ 15 for phở and two spring rolls.

One of the best! Excellent Phở! My work crew and I, order lunch on occasion from PT and we are always impressed with the quality, customer service and consistency of their product. We keep coming back and for good reason! Make sure you try one of their slushies(pineapple is my favorite) Shout out to J and her crew for always taking care of us.

Phở in Huntington beach? you can image its not as good as what you could have in the Asian area. It is really plain. The owner is very friend. When we were there the other night, most of the customers are non Asian. You can tell their business is not that great because they also sell candy and other stuff at the counter and they have over 20 selection of drinks. It is more like a take out drink place than a phở place.

The Phở is a no go. I was pretty disappointed with the broth, it was very watered down and had no flavor. The broth is the most important part for me. Even after putting in the basil, bean sprouts, lime, Siracha, and hoisin it was still a bland taste. Definitely not worth the price. They seem to have a large menu selection though, I’d give the spring rolls a shot. The atmosphere isn’t too cozy, no music and it’s packed tight because of such a small space. This is definitely a to-go order type of place. I will say the service was very friendly and is the reason I was able to add a second star.

First time here today and I got the chicken phở and it was delicious! I would definitely come here again for lunch. the prices aren’t too bad and they have many choices for different drinks. It’s like walking into Chinatown. They have fun trinkets to buy candy and sodas. Owners are very nice and I got my food to go and they were very prompt and I was very satisfied with the results.

Phở Tastee has decent phở, but it comes at a higher price than usual, and doesn’t have a nice environment. The dining area is nothing fancy with tables and chairs and is rather cramped. Every time someone walks in, the door clangs loudly. The person that served us was not very attentive and expected me to know what I wanted right away. PHOWITHRAREBRISKET($ 7.50 if I remember correctly) There is one size of phở which is decent, but not as large and the same price. Their broth is incredibly tasty, and comes with a decent amount of meat, bean sprouts, and mint leaves. It is good phở, but not the best and the price doesn’t match other place’s quality I’ve been to. STRAWBERRYSLUSHIEWITHBOBA($ 4.00 for large + $ 0.50 boba) Their strawberry slushy is flavorful, but not too icy. The boba, however; does not taste very fresh and it small and not very chewy. Perhaps this was because of the extremely cold drink, but it was not soft and chewy like other boba I’ve tried. All in all, the soup was alright and had good broth, but the environment was not friendly and neither was the price for the experience I got.

1. The soup was nothing compare to how Phở, suppose to taste, the meat in the soup had more fat than anything else, there was no flavor, i ask for my own veggie and they pretend they don’t understand me, and laughing at the same time. 2. The egg rolls we’re nasty, seems like the oil hasn’t been change in a while. 3. The thai tea, was all water down, had no flavor, these people need taste their own food, before they served this to their customer, believed me, i left this place very disappointed. I saw 4 other customer leave all their food behind. 4. Also they charge you $ 1.00 for credit cards, ridiculous !!

A yummy treat to have, while in Huntington. The owners are extremely nice and talkative, in a good sense. Many options on the menu. A large drink selection. Overall, good food and kind service. Will be back if I am in town… PHOSURE!

Small portion of food for the price you pay. I got the phở with rare steak and meatballs(phở tai no vien) and there was not a lot of meat. By the end of my meal, I was fishing for every last piece of noodles because I was still hungry by the end. I would have ordered a shrimp spring roll, but they were almost $ 6 for 4 pieces(overpriced). Make sure you have cash at this place because they charge $ 1 convenience fee for not meeting the $ 10 minimum. Small restaurant with maybe 3 – 4 tables inside and 1 – 2 tables outside. If you need to use the bathroom, it’s in the back and you have to walk through the kitchen. The people are very friendly(good customer service) but the food portion and price give it the poor rating. Make sure you’re looking at the most updated menu in the photo gallery. Some of them are outdated and the prices are more than displayed in that photo.

Atmosphere: Casual, TINY hole in the wall. LITERALLY3 tables. Ordered Items: Vegetarian egg rolls, Beef and Brisket phở and Beef and Meatball phở. Phở Tastee was a delicious fast food Phở spot. I actually really enjoyed the vegetarian egg rolls. The down fall is that they only have one size Phở. I wasn’t a big fan of the brisket either it didn’t taste right so I passed, also the broth itself lacked onions. So over all Phở Tastee was ok. I’d go back if I needed a fast service.
