Killarney Pub & Grill

Good place to watch a soccer match. Most of the fans get there early and the noisy (and more friendly?) ones are in the back. Didn’t get any food but looked like standard bar fare.
The only special they seem to have is a $ 2 extra shot into a bigger glass. If you’re there to watch a match, probably a good way to go as you can sip on it a little longer. A little pricey but probably due to the location, the beach and pier is a short walk down the street.
At night this is a pretty fun place, although probably not my favorite place to hang. I haven’t tried the food here yet.

Got a spot right on the patio with our pup and had Melody as our server. She was Ah~Maazzzing!!! Good food, great service :) Well be back bc of her!

Service is horrible !!! Take forever to get a glass of wine, another 20 minutes for a bowl of soup. The soups came out with dirty spoon and I waited 15 minutes for Someone to come by and asked for another One. Now I’m waiting for the spoon to eat my cold soup … My parking timer is running. Yep, not the one to write bad reviews but now looks like I have nothing but time.

Food ok. Ordered salad with fish& chips. Salad came after we finished eating. It was only lettuce anyway. Way overpriced

Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a drink. Waited for another 10 to order food and still did not put our order in and had to walk out. Seemed like the waitress could care less

Really like this bar. Good drinks, free popcorn & great location. Prices are reasonable here too. We always have a great time here.

Going there for a drink at night is fine.
Aside of that food is average american, but the service is very slow and just whatever. Again, a drink at night is ok, but that’s pretty much it.

Went on Tuesday night, live band was awesome, but the service lacks. Food was also lacking and there was nothing special about the chicken tenders I got. Kinda disappointed that this place is in beautiful Huntington Beach area with such a sad performance. However the beer choices were decent. I’m sure this place is a good hang out on the weekend, but my first impression was just, ‘okay’

Bartender was rude and made the worst long island iced tea may as well have completely left out the alcohol

Awesome time drinking and watching the UEFA Champions League Final here at Killarney’s! Real Madrid WON !! Woo Hoo. The staff is fun and provide quick service. The drink specials are really good prices too. I will Definitely be going again. Cheers!

Great local spot for $ 3 pints all day! Especially when Ashley is serving!
Food is also delicious, ask for the daily specials.

If you want to watch a soccer match, this is the spot to be in HB.
I had the opportunity to watch the FA Cup match here this past weekend. Manchester United vs. Crystal Palace. The place was flooded with United fans. We had breakfast. It wasn’t the greatest. But the service was awesome considering the amount of people they were serving. They have a ton of TVs scattered throughout the bar. There really isn’t a bad seat in the house. However, I highly recommend getting here early on game days. It gets pretty packed.

Matt and Carlie were great very knowledgeable and helping. I just love this place. Tacos were the bomb.

Great happy hour pricing. We had a pitcher and some onion rings. Only $ 12.
The service was not good. Like the waitress was trying hard to be LA rude.
The service just did not do it for us.

This place hit the spot!
We were walking up and down looking for a place to eat breakfast and we stumbled in here. I seen some people eating outside and the food looked good so we gave it a try.
The set up inside is very cool, and very beachy* well it has to be since it’s so close to the beach haha. They have a bunch of Tvs set up, a few games on the side and a fully stocked bar. They have seating inside and outside. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. I ordered the build it yourself omelette and she even tried seeing if there was another one that was similar and cheaper because of the toppings I wanted on it. We came around 10:30 on a Monday so it was not too crowded and the food came out quick. I was not expecting anything to be good, but I was really surprised. The flavor was great and it definitely got the job done, I could of ate another one.
The plates do come with toast or fruit. If you order an omelette, it does not come with any extra toppings like sour cream or guacamole. The menu is a little too big in my opinion, and I mean big as its like 2 feet tall and 3 feet wide lol. They have a wide variety of food fmrok breakfast to dinner and i would come back to try thr other options. But other than that, I would be back again!

Killarney is a great Irish pub to hangout and enjoy the nice beach weather dining outdoors. They have all the Irish fixing including great beers. Love their happy hour where drinks were insanely a bargain, and on different nights, they have some really great specials on their menu. They have outdoor sitting area where you’re overlooking Main Street and the Farmer’s Market. They were also very friendly to pet owners and as long as you sat outdoor, your pooch can join you too. Their staff was friendly and overall, we had a great time at Killarney Pub & Grill.

Came here for «Happy Hour» after the dog beach yesterday. I had my small dog with me so I wanted to sit somewhere outside. Killarney had enough outdoor (and very comfortable) seating for like 20 people which was very spacious.
My first thought of this place was their poor selection of quality beer. For calling itself a «pub» I expected them to have at least a FEW options of craft beers. Unfortunately the waitress (blonde lady, very nice and attentive) told us they had «Bud light, coors light, heineken, etc) Nothing special. So I opted for a blue moon. We got the ½ off appetizer of zucchini sticks. They were great.
Would go back for the food but not the beer. If you’re going to call yourself a pub, impress me with your beer selection!

Ok so it’s not the snazziest place in HB but it’s definitely priced to please. They have Kilkenny on nitro which makes this location a cut above the rest IMO. A mix of Irish and American bar food options that are priced under $ 10 so you’ll have plenty of snacks and lots of drink choices to chose from while you watch the games.
Service was pretty attentive and friendly. I noticed the meat options for the quesadilla were chicken or beef and seeing that there were several corned beef dishes on the menu I asked if I could get corned beef in the quesadilla instead. Done. They sautéed the corned beef with peppers and red onion and it was a delicious rendition of the standard quesadilla. We had a nice relaxing Sunday and will definitely visit again.

I came here on a Friday night and it was pretty crowded with a chill crowd. They do offer tables to sit at, which are first come first serve but they do fill up pretty quick. They also play pretty good music here too with the music video playing on the TVs, which I enjoyed a lot. They do offer a small dance floor too if you feel like dancing.
This is my go-​to spot in HB for their drinks. We ordered Jameson and pickle back (a must try if you have never tried it before. It’s a shot of Jameson with pickle juice and it’s actually really good!) and the pickle juice here is actually really good. My friend (who orders this all the time) said that other places would give you watered down pickle juice, but here, it’s full on pickle juice only!
Oh, and I didn’t realize this was a Raiders bar until I went on Unilocal… but anyway, #GO KANSAS CITY CHIEFS! =P

Cant beat $ 3 draft beers! Just wished they had more options on tap but heineken was good enough!
We ordered our beers the moment we walked in and server asked what we wanted to eat with our beer. Got the steak fries with steak as topping (think it was called irish nachos) and order of cheese fries along with it.
We were there at 1 PM and inside and outside seating was packed. Saw bunch of people that were gathered up near the front singing and dancing along to the music that they were playing. (they were playing oldies music)
Seems like regardless of what time you go they are always checking your ID to make sure you are old enough to enter (guessing the place isnt kid friendly)
Overall experience was good. We like places that has good cheap beer and good food.
