Josh and Shelly are an amazing team! Our situation was so complicated, we thought we were stuck. They were able to get us financing on a new home as well as guide us through a short sale. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. Shelly found us a home that fit our needs so perfectly! Joshua came to us as a referral. He handled our Refi with confidence and professionalism. Refis are not fun… the never ending list of paperwork and documents plus trusting your entire identity in the hands of someone that you really don’t know can be pretty scary. Joshua was amazingly helpful and available during the whole process which started with a simple phone call about 3 weeks ago. We had a frustrating moment during the refi with the company who (now previously) held our loan. Joshua explained everything in great detail and put our frustrations at ease. I was constantly amazed at the amount of knowledge he has about his profession. I even said to my husband that I didn’t think anyone else would explain things the way Joshua had.
