From a Candidate point of view on hiring process. The company lacks follow up. Interview process was lengthy, bringing you back twice, meeting with 5 people total. Each meeting was individual which was time consuming. Met with Owner as well as CFO, seemed a positive interview, brought back to meet other members of the team individually the following week. They absolutely had NO FOLLOW UP? As a candidate, I did my follow up only to be strung along for weeks. Then to see the company placed YET ANOTHER AD advertising the HR position NOW as PART TIME. Seems their cheapness took over. Given the false hope by the CFO which was basically just to drag out the time so they could run another ad!!! A full time position they were advertising was paying lower than the median income and they STILL wanted to go lower by advertising the SAME position but with LESS HOURS!!! Stay away. No professionalism with this company. You are wasting your time.
