Unilocal had a 20% off coupon, but the guy wouldn’t let us use it. How ironic the only cigars we bought are the only ones we couldn’t use the 20% off coupon for. There was no exclusions in the coupon either. When I told him I had a coupon before showing him he wasn’t happy about it from the beginning. You can tell he thought of some bullshit excuses as to why we couldn’t use it. Good job buddy. Great service.

Huge selection. Good humidification. Willing to make recommendations. Pipe smokers in luck, too. Comfy chairs. Drinks and coffee. Outside seating. In Birkdale Village. Husbands need to hang out here while wives shop nearby.

Josh, Rich, Ted, and Jennifer are intelligent and insightful. Every time I go there I have a great time. I cannot say that about every place I go to in Huntersville.

Josh just sponsored a trip through Rocky Patel …13 of us went to Honduras and Nicaragua and learned about cigar agriculture, manufacturing from seed to box. All expenses were covered, we just had to pay for flights. The owner JOSH is a great guy. RICH the manager– quite frankly, you cannot find a more knowledgeable, friendly person. This place is a godsend. I absolutely love going here and have made many nice friends. If you are stuck up, uptight, think you are better than everybody else. and just want to talk about how much money you have, NO BODY CARES. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE… This is a regular guy, down to earth place. We all get along, white, black, Hispanic… WHATEVER. The place is GREAT.

New owner, great atmosphere. Tough to find a seat at times — during midday is best. In their attempt to be friendly, they do rush you in/​out of their humidor. I’ll be back over and over though.

Located in a great area, the Birkdale Mall. An open air mall with plenty of bars, restaurants and retail giants.
You can drop off the missus and while she shops, you can spend the hour here with a fine cigar. Alternatively, you can pick up a smoke to enjoy outside after your dinner in the area.
Burners stays open late, and that is much appreciate. Gives us folks enough time to get a cigar after dinner. Their selection is pretty good. You can find some good smokes here. Prices are higher, maybe $ 1-​$ 2 more than other stores, but its location, friendly service and late hours make it worth it.
Store has amenities such as the TV, couch, tables, wifi. all making it a suitable temporary man cave.

What a great place for a wild selection of cigars at good prices. You know that is not why they get 5 stars, it is because they (the owner Josh and staff Rich) are super nice and very helpful. Some cigars you walk into and it is like they don’t want you there because they don’t know you. If you are looking for a place to hang for a good stick and friendly people this is it. If you are looking for a place to finish up some work in the afternoon this is the place. Plenty of seating and friendly faces. Thanks Burners!

Absolutely my favorite BM to go to. I pass several shops that are closer to my home to get to Burners. Some of these B&Ms are excellent shops also but Burners is well worth the drive. Josh and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Selection and pricing are great also.

Great prices, great place, great service, and great people. Of all the area’s cigar shops, none feel more welcoming and comfortable than Burner’s Cigar Co. As a n00b cigar fan, Josh, Rich, Ted, and Jennifer offer great advice on the how’s, why’s, which’s (sp?) of the cigar trade. With loads and loads of experience, this crew is more than willing to share their secrets and stories with anyone who asks! The prices are reasonable and they have some great deals (Buy 5, Get 1 Free!). I’ve said it before; I’m «going steady» with Burner’s Cigar Co.

Burners Cigar Co. is my new local tobacconist! A great cigar shop with plenty of seating to enjoy your cigar or pipe while you’re there. The staff is friendly and down-​to-​earth unlike some others I’ve been to. The only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is that they’ve still got to build up their cigar stock some. They’ve got a very good selection and are in the process of expanding it a lot. Bring in your own bottle of spirits to enjoy while you’re there.
