Had a great experience at this location. Staff was friendly and had my order ready when promised. The food was hot amd fresh amd well worth the drive over to pick it up. We will dine here on our next visit to Humble

We just had our first terrible experience with Sarpino’s. Ordered a pizza online and 90 minutes later nothing had been delivered. We called for an update and were grilled like it was our problem they had problems. They charged our credit cards minutes after the order was placed but the«out for delivery» email didn’t get sent out for more than an hour later. For me that was unacceptable. After answering a dozen questions and proving to them it was really our order. They finally agreed to cancel it. An hour after canceling order I’m still waiting for the credit. Always amazes me that the charge only takes minutes but the credit takes forever. Review update. It has now been 4 days and Sarpino’s has yet to post a refund for cancelled order. That’s a $ 19 charge for a pizza we never receive. So not only bad service but now they seem to be ripping us off for $ 19. Nice way to run a business.

Wow I ordered pizza not a loaf of bread. All doe and little toppings. They Stole my doe. Great taste great topping but for the high price I got a small pizza topping and a large doe. Rip Off! I can add to the other complaints took an hour and a half to deliver. WHY?

We do carry out and have never had any issues. The wait time is usually between 15 – 25 minutes, and they have always been on time. When we arrive to pay and pick up, the staff is courteous and friendly. We even get a phone call afterwards, making sure our order was up to par. We recommend getting the chicken alfredo pizza. Their dessert pizza is amazing too! It seems like all of the complaints are about delivery… pickup seems to be the way to go!

I want to like Sarpinio’s. I ordered their Deli pizza for delivery to my office. Nearly 90 minutes later I was gifted a cold, burnt pizza. The only redeeming quality was the extremely nice delivery guy. This definitely isn’t worth the $ 24 I paid for it. Not really worth half of that. I doubt that I will order again.

We’ve been ordering from here for sometime. Their food is good when they get it right. The inconsistency of the food is constantly the problem! We really enjoy the sandwiches but every single time we order double on the meat, cheese or sauce it’s not there. And they sure did charge you for it. When you call and speak to the manager he’s always very nice and apologetic and assures you next time we’ll get it right if you give us another chance and call me so when your next order comes I will make sure it’s right. And if you call the manager first and place your order with him it’s right. But if you order online or speak with someone else and explain that could you please get the extras that you’re paying for I guarantee you will not get the extras you paid for! If you order pasta you do get plenty of that. Pizzas are over priced, you’re better off ordering from someone else and they aren’t very good. I wouldn’t recommend my family or friends to order from here unless you speak to the manager first and explain your problem, that’s the only way to get what you ordered!!!

I love their pizza! And their pasta is amazing. I usually get tortellini with the veg sauce. And for everyone saying it is expensive must not realize if you order online you get a buy one pizza get one free. It is at the check out at the end under coupons. So it’s really not anymore expensive than other places for pizza. Also ordering online completely gets rid of rude people on the phone!!! Yes they do take fooooooorever to deliver, but I just make sure to order online earlier than I normally would. It pays off after the wait. And online it does say to allow 40 to 60 minutes for delivery so if they tell you it takes forever then you can’t really be mad. Every time I have had an issue they took care of me and made it right.

So I’ve been ordering from this location for some time, they have had their ups and downs. The issues i always run into is the inconsistency of the food each time i order. Another thing is i always ask for things like red pepper or extra sauces and not once have i ever received them. Also every time my girlfriend orders the same sandwich i ask for no onions and guess what onions all over the sandwich. These little issues are just why i am not ordering from them anymore.

Ok so this review will be very interesting! I ordered my pizza, wings and soda at 10pm. 5 mins later the manager called me saying his drivers were all out making the last deliveries for the night and he would make the delivery himself to ensure the order made it to me in the 45 mins to 1hr guaranteed timeframe! I was thoroughly impressed by this!!! The pizza was hot and fresh but had just a few too many onions. The onions were a bit overwhelming. The wings were not my fav. They were cooked well but seemed slimy. I won’t order them again unless they have naked wings with the sauce on the side. I would only have given this place a three stars had it not been for the customer service! You can’t pay for the manager calling me and delivering my order in 20 mins all because they were closing and he wanted to ensure my order got to me quickly! Again I really appreciate that! Kudos to the manager here.

After waiting on hold for quite a few minutes a guy answers the phone and immediately asks us to call back later or call their call center. He said he was short staffed. After asking him what the call center number was, he responded with, «We have a call center». I really have nothing to add in regard to the quality of the food since I wasn’t able to place an order.

Update — After returning from travelling, I found an email from Cody, the Director of Retention for the local Sarpino’s where I had such a bad experience. He wrote almost immediately after I filed a complaint with the restaurant online, and offered me an explanation as to what had occurred. While I am still not sure if I will try Sarpino’s again, the follow up was excellent, and it seems like there was a genuine miscommunication between folks working here. I am going to give them 3 stars because they made sincere efforts to follow up and try to correct the bad service I received. Many places nowadays will just put it down to one disgruntled customer and blow it off, but this company did not do that. I will give an accurate review of the food if I decide to give them another try… still unsure!

You can really taste the love in the dough. This is my favorite pizza place in town! Their delivery drivers are quick, and when I have to go on the lobby is spotless. It’s not going to cure your cancer or anything but, for the price, it’s the best pizza I’ve had.

My fiancé and I have officially given up on Sarpinos. They take forever to deliver, they never give us the quantity of extra sauces we want(1 marinara instead of 4), and today they delivered the wrong order entirely(a calzone instead of a pizza), which meant when we finally got our pizza, it was soggy. Sarpinos’ pizza is usually pretty decent, which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1, but I won’t be ordering from them again. There are much better pizza places around Summerwood, eg, Johnny’s on West Lake Houston Pkwy.

So I ordered for delivery for wings that we’ve had in the past from them that were really good. I asked for them well done with buffalo sauce on the side. Both the person taking the order in the manager told me that that’s not possible because the wings are are pre-marinated. I imagine if you have to marinate the wings you have buffalo sauce sitting somewhere and Raw wings sitting somewhere else if not that means they get shipped to them like that which is disgusting. The wings were not saucy and they were soggy and gross. The pizza was okay but the bottom was a little soggy as well. We were thoroughly disappointed to have such poor food as it is been better in thepast. Do not order the wings for delivery. Gross.
