Have lived here in the area for 6 months and keep trying to give this location a chance and every time I give them a chance they let me down. This is my last time coming here. Every time (at least 5 times in the past 6 months) no pizzas are ready, rude staff, appears that no one knows what’s going on, workers just walking around doing nothing, no selection at all if anything is ready and once pizzas are ready after waiting anywhere from 6 to 20 minutes they have no clue who ordered what and how many they needed to make and more confusion happens. Management needs to come in and do spot checks or something.

First, I would like to state that my family and I often pick up pizza from this location, and I have never had such an experience. I just drove thru and ordered a deep dish pepperoni for $ 8 and a regular pepperoni for $ 5, then was told the price was $ 17.32. When I asked the employee, Josh, about the discrepancy, he asked the manager in the back, Marlan, who told him to tell me «we went up on taxes.» I then questioned how this was possible and Josh stated «we just got a new shipment and are going up on everything next week.» I still asked for clarification and asked to speak with the manager. Josh went to the back and told me Marlan was on the phone, and I could wait or get a refund. I requested a refund at this point. I was refunded in cash the $ 3.35 difference and my receipt was kept by Josh. Josh was polite and apologetic, but had no reasoning for the overcharging. I did also clarify that the menu board did not have a price increase. I am requesting that if a price increase is in effect, that the staff be informed of an appropriate response to any questions, and I am pretty sure that the management frowns upon partial cash refunds when I paid in debit.

I was happy when they opened this location. Doing the day you can get in and out but not during dinnertime .They are clearly understaffed. It is a Friday night and I have been sitting here in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Only 2 cars have been helped. 3 cars have left the line. The inside is not any better. The entire lobby is full. Knowing this will be a busy time why would you not prepare for it better. For something that is supposed to be ’ hot and ready’ it should be going a lot faster than this.

Quick and efficient. Sometimes I get a great pizza but sometimes it’s obvious they’ve been sitting for a while. Best to go on the way home from work when they’re pumping out the fresh ones.
The other thing I will say is they’re not very good at their speciality pizzas. Tried the pretzel crust and it was sooooo salty I had to throw it out. The bacon wrapped pizza had less than ²⁄₃ of the outside wrapped in bacon around the edges. Tasted good but not like the commercials looked like. Submitting a photo.
