The enterprise location at George Bush airport is ridiculously priced. Mainly because Houston has so many damn arenas that you get heavily taxed on them all. This Humble, TX location is a neighborhood location which is a five minute cab ride away and is literally the difference of $ 200 per week on a rental.
The staff was great. It was a dude there name Daniel or David (cant recall) that was super cool. When I returned my car there was a crack on the windshield and the Manager was very helpful in getting a damage report going.
They were also supposed to give me a ride to the airport upon my return, but since they were so busy they just let me drive to the airport which was great!
Overall this may be the location that I go to whenever I hit Houston.

The workers are very polite, but clearly not given the staffing or vehicle availability. From time of call for pickup at a hotel nearby to leaving in a vehicle took an excess of 2.5 hours. I hope this is not the norm. Cars interior was soiled from previous renter, but they did offer 1 day off for the condition and lack of other vehicle. I feel was good way to rebuild some faith in the location. Again, great staff, poor vehicle availability and perhaps short staffed.

This off the airport location offered a weekend special for my short visit. VERY interested in please me by upgrading me. Agents are all college grades with great communication skills. They pick U up and drop you off and avoid the extortion fees when renting from the airport. GREAT business model which will be followed. Manager would not let me leave until I told her that I was completely satisfied with there service– I was, and I did.

I had never rented a car in my life before going to the enterprise Rent-​A-​Car on Will Clayton Parkway. I can say without a doubt the experience was incredible. Only where the staff friendly and easy to get along with, they were relaxed and understood problems with ease. On the way back to Humble from Orange, a tire on my rental blew out. I had to catch a plane quickly. The staff there got me free roadside assistance, but I decided to change the tire fast. The staff didn’t charge me or take away my deposit for the ruined tire. Of course it wasn’t my fault but I was afraid. They even gave me a free ride to the airport and didn’t charge me for it! This will definitely be the place that I go to rent my car in the future. Props to Caleb, the older driver guy, and everyone else there :)

Sterling is the bomb!
I live locally and will often rent on a weekly rate when business has me driving a lot, when I am visiting friends or family out of town, or when guests are visiting and more seats are needed than I have. I have a
credit card and shop rates on priceline, cross-​reference the rates on competitor broker sites, then name my own price on priceline’s other app. It only takes a few minutes to do this, but NOBODY gets better rates than I average! ENTERPRISE often wins the regular price bid, and then I save another 15% by naming my own price!
This visit to Enterprise saw a busy lobby with people returning cars, checking cars out, and seated– waiting to be helped. I feel fortunate to have been helped by Sterling, but everyone seemed to be very efficient, working quickly and courteously, but what I witnessed in Spencer’s execution, what seemed to be a genuine personal interest in whomever he spoke to. I also noticed how he acknowledged new arrivals, told customers who were waiting the status of the process and was totally aware of the customer’s perspective through the entire process. As a professor of Sociology, this particularly impressed me as a special gift which is appreciated even by those not observing such things as closely as I always do.
A few hours after I had my car, I received a call from Spencer, asking if all was OK with the car and telling me not to hesitate contacting him if I needed the car longer, if I noticed any trouble with the car, or if I wanted to upgrade during the week.
After returning the vehicle, my own car’s battery was, for some reason, completely dead after sitting at Enterprise all week. Spencer was outside helping a customer and noticed my dilemma. He told me that he had two customers that he could handle quickly, but would find me some jumper cables and get me on my way. Shortly after, Spencer was pulling a vehicle next to my own! The battery required a few minutes to charge and once again, I noticed how genuine Spencer seemed when conversing with me.
Even to a deal– shopper like me, service like this is just as important as a competitive price and for this reason, Will Clayton Enterprise is my preference and I WILL tell others!
I want to congratulate Enterprise for employing such a talent as Spencer and give him Kudo’s for a job well done! Bravo!!!

I love this location. Larry, Sterling and Kristina are awesome! They are very professional and very accommodating to your needs.

I have to give the staff at this location very good marks. Dependable, courteous, and proffesional are the words that I would use to describe the staff at this location. Sometimes due to my erratic work schedule planning an exact time for picking up a vehicle is difficult. However I feel that the staff makes a sincere effort to accomodate me anyway. Keep up the good work team.
