Boneless Honey BBQ wings were great, along with great service. Specials and price was right too!

The food was ok. Not really hot at all, and the place had one other couple in it when I got here. However, I had to get up to get my own beer! Service was not good at all, and as I came to the end of my beer I noticed a nat in the bottom of my glass. Not a good first impression at all!

Decent place and fun family environment. I will be back for sure.
I had the spicy buffalo chicken sandwich and it was great.

Wings were horrible. Dried up skin on a bone. It was hard to tell how good the sauce was through the taste of the old nasty grease that I’m assuming they were cooked in. I’m at home now trying to get the smell off of my fingers. Annnd the waffle fries were cold.

Big City Wings was a great experience! From the reviews, I was expecting awful tasting wings and terrible service. However, this place was better than expected. This is a great option for the Atascocita/​Humble area.
Great tasting wings. Not a lot of meat on the bone-​ins though.
Lots of Tv’s… Play all of my favorites. Football, basketball, baseball, UFC, WWE.

Another wing place. I cannot tell the difference at any of them. Why are there so many restaurants serving the same thing?

I had big hopes for this place, as a lover of wings, and this place let me down. Brought my wife here during lunch to check them out since we pass by everyday. I ordered the lunch special wings and she had the lunch chicken strips. Everything came out COLD! Tasted like the food was sitting out for awhile. Only thing that was semi-​decent were my wife’s «warm» chicken strips. I really, really wanted to like this place esp since they have Sriracha ketchup. The place was pretty empty (less than 10 people) so there is no excuse for the food quality. The waitress was great and attentive. Maybe it’s better when it’s more packed. Not sure if I would want to come back esp when wingstop id around the corner is 10x better and food is made fresh to order. Step up your game Big city Wings!

Yumm. The wings were good and the tatchos were delicious too. They have great drink specials that I will be back for! The server was very polite and there were a lot of tvs so watching football would not be a problem especially with their nfl package. I’m going back on Friday!

So I’ve been here twice and both times I experienced just terrible service. The servers took WAY too long to take our orders, never asked if we wanted refills on drinks, didn’t take away empty plates/​glasses and overall were not very attentive. When they DID come by they’d blatantly interrupt our conversation to set down napkins/​refill water, etc. If you’re a server, READ THIS: it’s not necessary to say, «let me refill this water for you», or, «let me get this straw wrapper out of your way.» JUST DO IT. The secret to an excellent waiter/​waitress is one who is rarely heard/​seen but get’s the job done and makes the experience for the guest as pleasant as possible. If you’re constantly interrupting to point out the most mundane things then that will become old, very very fast.
In addition, both times we went for happy hour and we wanted at least a couple of drinks within the happy hour time-​frame but we couldn’t track down our waitress in time to get another drink at the discounted price. If I were a server i’d offer drinks/​beers over and over to generate revenue and tips for myself but the waitresses didn’t really seem to care. Not only that but one of my friends noticed a few days later that the server added an extra dollar to the tip — she noticed this while looking over bank statements. THAT, above all else, is extremely shady and for that reason our group decided never to return.
Which is kind of a bummer because besides all of that, they have a very wide selection on food and drinks which is great. I had their wings/​fries basket the first time, (very yummy!) and the second time I got the loaded baked potato with chicken. The baked potato didn’t wow me at all — it says loaded but I had was sour cream and cheese.
So all in all, it was a ‘meh’ experience and my friends and I will not be returning.

The service was good and the staff in general was very attentive and friendly. There are a lot of screens around the restaurant which was nice.
The food was edible but it wasn’t memorable by any means. We ordered the southwest potato skins (chicken, tomatoes, corn and jalapeño) and a 15 wings basket. The potato skins were decent, even though they were loaded with ingredients I couldn’t particularly taste them; they also came with what looked like a cilantro sauce but it tasted sweet. To me the potato skins with the sauce didn’t make sense, there were too many flavors fighting each other and not one of these flavors were highlighted successfully.
The wings: they were smaller than what I’m used to but I was ok with that. We had half of the wings with the mango habanero sauce. I was expecting a lot more spice but all I got was sweetness. We were a little disappointed with the spice level since it was shown as a spicier sauce. We also had the honey citrus which was forgettable. I barely tasted any citrus and was again left tasting only sweetness. The honey citrus and the mango habanero tasted almost exactly the same to me — just sweet. The waffle fries that came with the wings were pretty nicely cooked, at least.
The other reviews about the water were pretty spot on… it tastes bad. Essentially it tastes like unfiltered tap water. I couldn’t take more than a few sips and gave up on it.
All in all, the experience wasn’t bad but it didn’t stand out. We may come back if we are in the area but it wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice.

We were pretty excited to try this place since we don’t have a good wing place nearby. Very disappointed. Wings were super small, waffle fries pretty blah, and our pulled pork nachos were ok but it was beef underneath the pork that looked like dog food and had a weird taste. We were sitting at the bar and the service was God awful. A manager took our order and got it wrong and he seemed kind of hyped up as if on something. We also received bleu cheese instead of ranch and when we asked for it to be corrected we were charged extra. Only a dollar but it’s more the principle. Bartender was extremely inattentive.
Overall, the experience was a fail.

I wanted this to be the place, but it isn’t going to be. I came here last week in Friday and everything was pretty good.
So I was going to make this a semi-​regular Friday night tradition. This area is sort of a wing desert and this place could fill the void nicely.
However, today Friday, August 21^st I go in about 6:30pm and I see it’s not too crowded but a good start.
Their is no sign directing you to seat yourself and I didn’t want to be a jerk so I waited by the front counter. One woman on the phones, I get phone orders need attention too. Then a second lady walks past me no acknowledgement whatsoever. She goes and grabs a phone.
I try to ask «what do you want me to do?» Sit, stand, leave, go eff myself? So then a third woman walks up near the front, grabs a broom and takes off.
So I figure this is how you deal with guests when they arrive I’ll leave so I left and because I’ve been without wings in this area for years will continue to drive elsewhere.

The food was good, fresh, and served quickly. The server’s name was Kaley and she did an awesome job. she made sure my drink was refilled all the time. The bartenders name was Makala Zamora she has a great sense of humor and did a sensational job.
The manager is Charles house. There was a few problems while I was dining there and Charles took care of them right on the spot.
The onion rings take a bit longer than normal because of the way they prepare them, they are worth the wait. 26 tvs for viewing.

First time going here and it was Two for Tuesday Bone In so it was a pretty sweet first impression! I had the honey barbecue, medium, and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was definitely the best one of the three. It can hold its own with Wingstop if we’re being unbiased. A lot more roomier than any Wingstop in the area for sure. Think of Hooters but with a lot less cleavage.
I also got a few bites of their version of fried pickles, and they are pretty darn good! Instead of sliced pickles, it’s basically a whole divided into 6 long pieces. It was something new and it didn’t disappoint at all!
The only thing negative I could say about this place is the water. It just tastes bad. I couldn’t handle it.
Ordered 15 wings for about $ 15 bucks and got 30 total since it was two for Tuesday. Split the 30 with 2 others and it was enough between us three. So price is about right for wings.

This was our first time to eat here. We were all craving buffalo wings and this was NOT the place to go. The wings were swimming in butter and there was zero flavor. The waiter had zero experience in wings and didn’t understand what buffalo wing sauce was. He said it was only his second day and brought the manager over.
We will not go back to this restaurant. I don’t think we use this much butter on pancakes or waffles. :(

Awesome new place! Been here twice and really enjoyed it! Great unique menu. The quality of the food is very good! At the end we tried the fried Twinkie’s. It was tasty and well prepared! Never had anything like that! Very clean and smoke free. Ashley and Nichole were great waitresses!
We will be returning very soon!

I read other reviews before coming here and if you’re a wing guy, you know Houston in general just doesn’t have great wing places. Well this one lives up to that name, while other people will tell you otherwise here’s what you can expect. Wings are small, drums will not be bigger than your thumb, and the wings were even smaller and pretty much had one of the bones snapped in each one.
The service was ok but neither our waitress or the gentleman that brought the wings out knew who’s order was who’s. Also no basket or bone yard brought out to the table. The flavors were ok hot garlic, hot, and mango habenero but not a lot of difference in flavor between them.
A word to the owner, serve better sized and better quality wings… seriously. Also a change up and improve your beer selection on tap, you don’t need ⁷⁄₁₀ beers to be all pilsners and make it to where the food runners know what they are serving.
It may seem harsh but this is honest for those who read it.

THE WAIT IS OVER! North Houston (really all of Houston) has been a barren wasteland for wings. Either they are too small (WingStop, WingsNMore) Disgusting (Brewingz) or just plain mediocre (BW3, Hooters). This place hits on all cylinders. The beer is cold, with a nice selection on tap. The staff was friendly, efficient & attentive.
Now onto the food. There are plenty of heart-​stopping options. Fried Mac-​n-​cheese, onion rings & great fries. And the wings — Plenty of flavors to choose from & best of all — THEY DON’T MAKE YOU BEG TO MIX UP FLAVORS!!!
And if that wasn’t enough, Tuesday is half-​priced wings. I now can have my heart attack & afford the ER visit. This place is bright & well laid-​out. Plenty of TVs, and enough room that you don’t feel cramped (BW3).
Very thankful that these guys opened their doors & look forward to expanding my waistline there often.

Now this is a wing place! Being a bit of a snob I love a good wing and wing sauce, but living in Humble you’re kind of limited on selection. Yeah there’s Brewings, where the wings are okay and the service sucks. Then there’s Wingstop who just plain suck. Now we have a new place for cold drafts and hot and delicious wings, Big City! The place is newly renovated and clean. The staff is fast and friendly and the food gets to you hot and fresh! My server let me sample the wing sauce so I could find one I like (Mango Habanero is the bomb!) I got the chicken tender basket with waffle fries. It was delicious! Crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. I love the fact they don’t skimp on the ranch dressing! My wife got honey BBQ and it was smokey and sweet!
Full bar and Blue Moon on tap! Can’t beat it! Make sure you ask for Jeremy, he was very professional, friendly, and prompt! Loved the service. We’ll definitely be back!
