Moldy, green cheese! When I complained online, they never gave me a response, other than to put the burden on me for sku#, receipt number, expiration date(it’s my job to watch them?), etc. As I was eating the cheese, I noticed the off-taste, and then saw the green mold. I think even a mouse would have run away at that point. Maybe their mice did run away, and that’s why it was still on the shelves? i was a little queasy the next morning, but it passed.

A real dump is about the best I can say. 22 registers installed, never seen more than 4 open. Long lines. Isles cluttered with stuff, but often out of what I’m looking for. Soda stream replacement tanks only available from customer service desk which is packed with returns or people buying money orders. Two employees talking very loudly in next isle about horrible working conditions. Sam Walton would clean house!

This review is for the Pharmacy staff only. Kerry was so helpful in figuring out my insurance mix up, gave me a coupon to get lunch at subway when I mentioned that I would wait there, and then she came to subway to update me on my perscription status once it got straightened out! Wow! Talk about great customer service! Then, the pharmacist was very nice and apologetic for the wait, and she made some pregnant jokes with me to make me smile before I headed out. Overall, a crappy situation, but it wasn’t their fault and because of the way that I was treated I didn’t mind.

Pamela is the rudest cashier I’ve ever met! I brought up a pair of shoes I picked out to the register, I didn’t realize they didn’t have a price tag on them? So I got asked by multiple cashiers how much they were, I didn’t know how much considering I had a lot more in my carriage. I got so much attitude from her and she laughed in my face while waiting for someone else to figure out how much the shoes were, she couldn’t get off her lazy bum to help me out.

Every time I come here there’s like only 4 or 5 cashiers and I have to wait 20 minutes in line. The Walmart on drum hill in Chelmsford is better

Worst Wal-Mart I have ever been in. The people are not helpful at all. Whenever I call and ask for something the person answering can never answer my questions. They also have only a few lanes open, even on busy days. So expect to stand in lines for awhile. I can’t even stand walking into this store.

Looking for clothes? No one is there to help you in the men’s section, or shoe section, or pretty much any section. Looking for a computer? Most staff are not knowledgeable about the products. Problem is, they treat their customers as bad as their employees. This huge corporation makes billions of dollars in profits, but shunts all of the oney away from the workers, so much so that most Walmart employees literally eed food stamps to get by. That’s shameful. Perhaps if they finally paid their employees more than $ 9 an hour, they would have more employees on hand, and more competent ones at that. Costco pays its workers more than twice as much as Walmart, and they have even better sales, because it better service and more competent employees

I don’t normally write short one star reviews. Actually, this is my first. Friday afternoon. About 7pm. I get that it’s rush hour. You have SIX registers open. It took me 32 minutes(from when I started counting) to. Get through the line. Other patrons were visibly peeved. Some even left. Not sure what happened here. But I won’t be back.

I don’t even know why this place is still open. Horribly rude staff and management, it’s a mess, and isles are blocked by staff and crap more than anything.

The place is a dump. Inventory is bare minimum to say the least. Price scanners haven’t work for many months. I finally told the store manager. He told me he was unaware of all the price scanners not working. Really? Doesn’t he have a checklist? How many times I have I gone into that store and no price listed on the items. Incredibly mismanaged. They have been out of Mach 3 disposable razors for 6 weeks so I finally went to BJ’s. I can never get my HP black ink cartridges. They have been out for months. The place is a waste of time. Go to Targets. They keep good inventory and the store is well lighted and clean. Walmarts in Hudson is dirty and disorganized. Just try to get somebody to help you. Good luck

The guy working the Site to Store desk just flat out refused to give my husband our order. He legit walked away until he left. The manager on duty did the same thing. Never again.

There’s very few things I actually go to Walmart for\…on Christmas Eve this year, I needed some batteries. I knew what I was getting into so I decided to go nice and early 8:30am and made out just fine. When I do go to Walmart, I tried to at least make it somewhat interesting. This time around, seeing as it was Christmas Eve and so early in the morning, I thought it would be amusing to buy ammunition for my .45 and not just a little… I got a couple hundred rounds. The people around me didn’t seem to find it quite as amusing as myself and stepped back… mission accomplished.

I don’t frequent Walmart as a personal choice. This is much easier to do in New England than it is in the Midwest because the NE Walmarts all seem to be utter crapholes. Is it because they don’t have the big grocery sections? I don’t know. This Walmart is pretty bad, with crowded aisles, half-empty shelves of merch, dirty floors, stuff out of place. I mean, it’s better than the one in Methuen, or the one on the Lowell/Chelmsford city line, but that’s not saying a whole lot. And the lighting is just terrible. It’s not overilluminated, per se, just overly fluorescent. Everyone and everything in the store has the sickly yellow tint. And would it kill people to actually put a shopping cart in a cart corral? The couple times I’ve been here, I’ve parked as far away from the store as possible to shield my car from the loose carts flying through the lot.

One word: Over-illuminated! It’s one of a few stores I simply can’t walk into without getting a headache. None of the other WalMarts around have the same issue… it is a poor design at that one. Unfortunately a headache tends to ruin the whole experience, so I stay away from this one even though it is closest to my house.

I can never find anyone to help me in this store! The employees always are rushing around and so focused on their tasks at hand that they never offer assistance or when you approach them to ask a question they dash away! I called the store manager and he apologized and offered me a gift card to the store. Thanks? My worst experience was when I went to the store to pick up a futon frame and mattress. There was no one at the back desk to help me. I waited about 20 minutes, while employees kept walking past me and no one asked me if i needed assistance. Then when someone came and brought me the items they did not offer to help me bring them to my car. As I was dragging the mattress and the metal futon through the store ONE employee from the many that I walked by offered to help me. Miserable store!

I needed something at Wal-Mart, so I decided to head up to this Hudson location. Remind me never to go on a Sunday, even if it’s late in the afternoon. Kids were screaming, the place was messier than usual, and tons of people everywhere. Typical Wal-Mart: loads of racks of clothes(but you can’t differentiate the sales from regular-priced items), an electronics department, school and supply section, food, hardware, linens, cosmetics, rude cashiers, no one to help. Will I come here again? Probably, but only if it’s not during the weekend and only if I have a specific something to buy. I don’t have the patience to «browse» in this place. Two stars because it’s ok, and one more star because there’s no tax in NH. Yay.

I like a good deal and always get more for my money(no sales tax) at this close-to-the-Massachusetts-border Walmart. BTW the salesclerk in the fabric/sewing center says they are going to stop selling fabric soon. Updated the kid’s clothing, socks, underwear, and shoes, shirts and underwear for my hubby. Underwear and sewing notions for me AND the executive crock pot by Hamilton Beach. All totaled for around $ 358.00, not bad.

Smells terrible. Dirty store. Overwhelming atmosphere. Unorganized. This place makes me sad and dizzy.
