After reading the reviews on Unilocal,decided to give it a try. Let’s just say that the place is small & cozy while the food is «run of the mill.» Ordered bacon & eggs so it isn’t as if this anything special to prepare. While the eggs were done perfect, the bacon was overdone & the amount received was disappointing. I will give them credit for hiring a good server. She was prompt & courteous & not overbearing. I will continue frequenting Cheryl’s Restaurant as they have large portions & an extensive menu.

This opened up about 6 months ago and the breakfasts are great. If you order bacon be prepared for a plate of it. The only thing I don’t prefer is their hours. On another thought their fish &chips are great.

I decided to this newly opened diner a try after my workout at a nearby gym. The menu and hours of operation are clearly aimed at the breakfast and early lunch crowd. They were kind enough to serve me even though I arrived several minutes after closing time of 2:00PM. The dining area was clean and the service was prompt and very friendly. The food was served hot. The chicken cordon blue sandwich was quite good. The loaded baked potato soup was fairly bland, yet hearty. I would suggest a few more napkins at the tables. I will certainly be back to try the breakfast offerings and I am hopeful for their long term success.

Husband and I (and father who showed up after we were mostly done) decided to try the new diner out this morning for a late weekend breakfast. Arrived about 10am and it was pretty full but snagged an empty table. They don’t have too many spots, but it clears out fast so the wait isn’t long. Service was great, very friendly, and the menu is priced affordably! Husband ordered the loaded burrito (HUGE! Not for the faint at heart) and I had the corned beef hash and eggs. Father had the half order of biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage patties. We also ordered a single piece of French toast to try. It was all delicious! It’s a diner. It’s classic diner food. It’s not gourmet and I kind of appreciate that. It’s the stuff mom used to cook, nothing super special, but comfort food at a decent price. We definitely found our new little breakfast and lunch joint!

Food was really good. Portions are huge for the price. For me, 4 stars is really good. You have to blow my socks off to get 5 stars.
