Not only did I get the most unprofessional treatment but the staff seemed incapable of anything that didn’t involve pulling a cookie out if the case.
I’ve been here before and it has always at least been moderate to mediocre, but this time was unacceptable…

Every salad on the menu is awesome, and for a café they offer a nice variety of other items too! I love that it’s connected to the rest of the building where kids can play. It’s a good spot to meet up with friends or coworkers.

I work in the nearby office park and on the days I forget my lunch, I enjoy coming here for their salads. The food is always fresh and delicious. I like their Blackened Salmon Salad ($ 10). They get busy around lunch time so call ahead to pick up your order. It has an attached play facility for kids so I always find it too noisy and chaotic to eat my lunch here. I also highly recommend their Great Gazoo smoothie with spinach, pineapple, and banana.

Love. Love. Love. Love the church, love the people, love the food. Great place to go with friends after service, or just to meet up. A great time surrounded by great people, always smiling and happy to chat. The food is so good as well. The macaroni is my favorite by far. Just such a great place to be, I can’t stress it enough.

Amazing play area for kids, especially in the winter months. Tons of slides, tunnels, climbing areas. Maintained well and clean. Café available for food and reasonably priced.

I’m always surprised at the tasty items that are available at the Café. Their Granny Reuben is top-​notch, and there is always a new sandwich or smoothie for me to try.
I recommend the pourover coffee, as well. There is just so much to choose from. I can’t even list all the awesome cake, pastries, and baked goods I’ve eaten there.

Onsted, MI
Café at the commons shares space with the 2|42 community church, but is open during the week. Everything I have had here has been great and they donate 10% of their revenue to a different charity every month, which is awesome.
They also have coffee, espresso, and specialty coffee drinks. I usually stop here once or twice a week for coffee or lunch and they are always really friendly, quick, and the foods awesome.
