I remember when I first came to which wich and I was blown away by the concept. Now, I come here when I want a basic sandwich and I do not want Subway. It’s usually a few bucks more but the flavor is much better. I like the customization via bag vs the line approach. I can be socially awkward and I like to just have it all in stone vs any misunderstandings as you point to certain items.

This place gets 5 stars for this reason: I am currently on a diet and I ordered apple juice. The woman gave me 2 apple juices because their Apple juices are really small. I like this about this place. Keep it up!

Got my order without my oreo shake and the delivery guy was told they were out… this has happened a couple times to me later towards close they don’t have shakes seems like they don’t want to have to clean it or something. I purposely ordered there because I wanted their shake, no phone call to let me know they didn’t have it. Sandwich was very salty.

I really wanted to love this place, but I didn’t. Ordering the food was a little different and no one really offered to explain how to do it. You have to pick up a sandwich bag and pick what kind of sandwich you want and then hand it to the cashier. It was cute because it reminded me of when I was in grade school! I was impressed with their wide selection of toppings(specially vegetarian), but they got my order wrong so I had to give it back to them to fix it. The wrap was pretty large(medium size) but I was expecting it to be a sandwich rather than a wrap. Maybe it was what I ordered that didn’t taste so good together, but I will give it a second chance.

What a cool idea! Never seen this on the East Coast. Basically grab your bag, scribble your name and choices, and turn it in. Great sandwich! Would have given it 4 stars for what it is, but the price is definitely not comparable to other fast food deli sandwich type shops. Drop the price of a combo with good stuff from $ 17 to $ 10 and I’ll come back and give it a 4 or 5 star rating!

Which Wich sent me a free sandwich for my birthday holla! First time going to this location but I’ve always been a fan. I love their variety and how you fill out your order on your sandwich bag prior to paying… kind of like they do with burritos at bullritos. I went with the club. I didn’t have their home made chips but those are really solid too! Quick service, good sandwiches, one of my favorite sandwich chains!

Love this place! way better than subway. I’ve never had a bad experience here. it’s a little pricey, but 100% worth it! The people who work here are very nice too! All in all a pleasant experience!

First time here. Staff was very nice! Sandwich not so much. Blt had glorified bacon bits and the sandwich is poorly put together. Probably the worst blt I’ve ever had, if I go back definitely getting something different

Which Wich is a good stand-by for a fairly decent sandwich; however, this location doesn’t have either the friendliness or cleanliness of others. Most Which Wiches look the same, stainless steel, corrugated metal, and app logo-esque yellow signs. This one is no different. Upon entering, you grab a paper bag based on the category of sandwich you want(e.g. turkey, ham, beef, italian, etc), and start checking off what you want on it with a red pen. Sign your name and pass it to the cashier, and your off. This time, I went with roast beef, with caramelized onions and horseradish mayo. Our food came out as ordered, though, I ordered a hot sandwich, but it just wasn’t that warm. The kids got what they wanted(plain turkey and ham). The cashier that took our order did not seem enthused to be there, and I just didn’t get much of the fun/happy vibe you normally get at a Which Wich. Overall, it was adequate for a quick lunch with two hungry kids, but not one for the memory book.

Urban and the other staff working today at 1:15PM are so friendly. Urban makes a mean sandwich and takes pride in his work. Great job!

Pretty dang good sammich, better tasting subs, a lot better than subway. There wasn’t many people there, food came out quick. Sandwhiches were good; I ordered the 14 inch and could only eat half. You pick what you want and you are able to check off everything you want. You hand off your little bag to the cashier, pay, and they call the name on the bag. Staff is friendly and attentive. Nice laid back atmosphere, and I like the set up.

This was my first experience at any Which Wich and really didn’t know what to expect. The ordering process was pretty simple to figure out, look at the menu board pick a bag from the slot with the number that matches your menu choice grab a sharpie from the holder and create the sandwich and sides to your liking. This eliminates any verbal communication issues you can encounter during the ordering process but also eliminates any kind of interaction with the staff I think this could be a great thing but it also is a social disconnect in my opinion. My order was accurate and constructed with lots of the fresh ingredients on a fresh toast roll all wrapped up neatly in foil and a paper wrapper stuffed in your original bag. The drinks are self serve and endless so I suggest just getting a small drink if you dine in. The staff was friendly although there is little conversation once you pay for your order. I do like the suggestion of writing some creative names on your bag as another reviewer suggested to add a little fun to the experience. Over-all a good experience and a good sandwich I also agree this is a better choice than Sub-way.

I hadn’t been to Which Wich in a while, so I had forgotten how good and fun it is! I just think the ordering process is the best. I love writing on a bag with a Sharpie and getting to choose whatever I want on my sandwich without the sandwich maker looking at me like I’m a weirdo. It’s kind of like Subway, but with less talking to the employees! The variety of sandwiche option is good. There are chips, drinks, and desserts. The brownie is pretty amazing. I got the«house chips» and they were pretty much just Ruffles. I thought maybe they were going to be like Bu-cee’s amazing homemade chips, but no such luck. Price is right and they’re pretty quick. Always seems clean and employees are friendly. I need to go to Which Wich more often!

It’s great that you can customize your toasted sandwich any way you want it. That sounds like Subway but Which Wich is much better and fresher than anything Subway will give you. Service is quick and team was friendly. Their chocolate shakes are very good and I’ve never had any sandwich here that wasn’t good.

Terrible experience. Love the chain but will not dine at this location again. Could not get the order right — even after two attempts! The replacement sandwich had a bunch of odd junk that was not requested. How hard can it be to make a sammich?!

I am a big fan of Which wich and used to go to a different location that was located outside the loop. But for some reason there is something wrong with this location. I have been here a few times and usually order one of the Italian sandwiches. And each time I noticed that the sandwiches had a strange order to them. I have never had this issue from the other locations. I stopped by the other night, and the placed was already closed. Like a few other reviewers mentioned, they seem to close randomly close shop early. I ended up going across the street to Jersey Mikes. Finally, this location seems to cut their rice crispy squares a lot smaller than the other locations. Not that I could use the extra calories, but I do love rice crispy squares. The 2 stars that I gave this rating is for this location only. I am a big fan of the franchise, but this location does not seem to care too much about their customers. From cutting their dessert squares smaller and closing their doors early and the strange odor from their sandwiches, you are better off going to a different location than to come here.

First time going to Which Wich. I was a little confused at the ordering process but quickly understood. It was a little pricey for just a sandwich, but the quality and taste was much better than other sandwich places. Customer service was quick and courteous. I’m sure I’ll be back!

Good, inexpensive, different and significantly better than subway. I am a big fan of their sandwich. A regular size is sufficient and if you get their rewards card, you can get a free sandwich after your 10th(I think). My colleagues always go over and put random names on their bags — you will definitely have a lot of fun changing your identity on the bags there. lol.

I lived across the street from this restaurant for almost three years. It’s my go-to place for a quick sandwich. The concept is simple and ingenious: you fill out what you want on a brown sack(like At Brown Bag Deli) and pay at the register. Despite the fact that this place usually only has one-two employees on hand at any given time, I’ve never had to wait very long. The only«problem» I’ve had recently was this past weekend when they were out of spinach. Once I got over the shock of the fact they ran out of spinach, especially in this neighborhood, it really wasn’t a big deal. I’ve gone here multiple times alone, with my mother, with a friend, etc. When I worked nights I would swing by on the way into work and pick up a sandwich for dinner. This place has never been crowded the times I’ve been there, which range from 12−6pm. The employees are quick, efficient, and friendly without being annoyingly so. And price seems reasonable for what you get.
