First time I ever had Schlotzskys was back in 2007 when I was living in Virginia, and I thought it was a pretty nice place for a bigger sandwich that I’d make back home. I’m not huge on ordering sandwiches from anywhere because I usually come out disappointed because the taste just doesn’t do it for me 85% of the time. We were in the area and my family wanted to stop here because we hadn’t been in a very long time, so we obliged. I’d have to say that the bread is pretty good, but that’s about as far as I’ll go with this one. I’m sorry but Schlotzskys just doesn’t do it for me, and I don’t really think it’s done it for me before so I’ll just keep taking my «sandwich business» over to Potbelly’s or Firehouse… thanks, but no thanks!

I think service here has improved. The last time I was here a middle-aged woman was at the counter. She didnt say 1 word to me. This evening a young lady greeted me at the counter. A young man took my order and got it right. I have always liked their sandwiches and pizzas. Sure beats subway and quiznos!

I asked for a dozen minibons, the cashier said they were just about to finish making a new batch. I said great, paid and waited accordingly for my order. The order came out fast, but as a dozen classic cinnabons instead of what I requested. When I questioned about my order, after a momentary blank stare I was told, «Well, you pointed at the classic so that’s what I thought you wanted.» I didn’t realize that when I pointed at the minibon tray BEHIND the classic tray and asked, «Do you have a dozen MINIBONS available,» that my eyes were obviously hungry and screaming for the classic cinnabons. I shouldn’t complain too much — I technically got what I wanted… just a larger sized, more costly version of it. It’s supposed to be a surprise treat for my girlfriend and her coworkers… so here’s hoping a simple gesture doesn’t blow up in my face because I’m feeding them a carb overload of sugary goodness.

Do not patronize this business. At night time they tow off your car if you park daughter parked there for a short time late at night when they were closed. There was 4 other cars parked there. I guess they wait til you walk away and tow your cost us 225.00 to get it back. The next morning when I called them the manager answered the phone saying, Yes what do I u want? I think they have some kind of scam going. please eat somewhere else!

This location is fast, even when you order a pizza. My orders have been pretty spot on with what’s expected. Meaning, never sloppy and tasted fresh. I’m surprise they don’t have more stars. Disclaimer: I”ve never dined in, only went used their drive-thru.

Its hard to review chain fast food places, because how much quality can you really expect? I didn’t really have high expectations, but was pretty disappointed in my experience here. I was REALLY craving a giant cinnamon roll and couldnt wait to eat my pecan covered treat. When I finally tried to cut into it and take a bite, I couldn’t cut it! Then when I got it apart and put it in my mouth it was not good. It had that stale reheated taste as if it had been sitting out all week. Needless to say, I was really bummed that my cinnamon roll was barely edible and will have to find a new place for quick breakfast treats.

I go here every so often because it’s near my work. This Schlotzsky’s is not as good as the one near my house, though. The bread just tastes off and they never put enough sauce on the sandwiches. I went yesterday and got the ‘you pick two’ in the drivethru. It was half a sandwich and a bowl of soup for 8.99. The girl then asks me what kind of chips and drink I would like. So I tell her. The way she asks makes me think it comes with it. Then she says it’ll be $ 13.57. That is just bananas to spend at a crap joint like this. And bad business practices to fool the customer into adding five more dollars of crap like that. She didn’t even ask what size drink. I pull around and she has a humongo-size drink. So she just rang me up for the large without even asking. Needless to say, I told her I didn’t want the extras. But if they wanna pull stuff like that, I don’t know if I’ll be returning.

I absolutely love Schlotsky’s sandwich’s, ham and cheese yummmmmyyyy!!! This location is close to work so I probably frequent this location once a week. I am addicted to their sandwich’s what can I say. The reason for two stars for this location is because the food and my order had been spot on so I can not complain of the food aspect. This may be the only pro for this location. The customer service is lacking here. I have worked in restaurants and retail most of my working era. So I know customer service and I know everyone has off days and blah days. With that being said I have not a good experience on each visit here. The first time I came here I got an ubber amount of eye rolling and ummm I don’t think I can do that. Really??? I asked for pickle spears and hot sauce, I even stated that I would pay extra for the extra condiments if needed. The second visit, I barley was even spoken too and I was told to grab my own chips from the rack in the front. I would if your rack had the flavor I asked for. And I told you twice that they were not there and yet you continue to tell me they were. Oh wait you finally see that I was right? Thanks. Then I had to reach for my own cup to get my drink that was ordered. The girl saw me and said oh you grabbed the wrong size.

First off, it’s Schlotzkys, y’all. This place is not going to be where you go if you are craving anything savory & delicious. In fact, the only reason I go here is to reward the suckers for the MASSAMOUNT of coupons that I receive from them not only in the mail, but with each purchase. If i say one thing, it’s that they deserve a little love for the genius marketing strategy of purely discounted items, thanks! Having said that, I did not even realize this location had a Cinnabon, I usually go through the drive thru and just order my regular Turkey & Guac. This is a good place to go if you want a fast lunch that is a step above fast food. This particular location has never wronged me either, always friendly & just to the point. I guess you can call them reliable. I recommend the sweet tea, it is pretty delicious here & the jalepeno chips — although not as good as they used to be– are still pretty good for a bag of chips. The portions are pretty large too, so keep that in mind. A medium should really be a large & a large really shouldn’t be on the menu… so in the end this place is fast, full of discounts & not terribly expensive for the quality of items you receive. Ill let you guys know if I venture to the cinnabon side(i will not.)

This place is absolutely horrid! They have zero concept of customer service and not once has my order been correct!!! Ironically I order the same item but pay a different price? If you tell them that they made your order improperly they must see the sandwich!!!

Disgusting Cinnabon. I had a craving and I went at 6:30pm to get a Cinnabon. It The bun it’s self was dry, but the frosting oozed yellow grease when I touched it with a fork. It had obviously just been microwaved, its obvious because prior to sliding my credit card, the bun-ner put it in the microwave. I’m so unsatisfied.

I’ve always been a fan, now I’m glad that this one is actually close to me! I can ride my bike(to she’d off some of the pounds I consume her) right down the street to enjoy one of my fav sandwich spots. Can never go wrong with an original sandwich, or the pepperoni and double cheese pizza! Always fresh and tasty, love this place.
