First time at which wich. Had the Italian grinder(salami, pepperoni, & capicola). About $ 7.50 for a 7″ & chips. Tons of fixings to choose from! More than subway, jimmy johns, or firehouse. Excellent sandwich! As good or better than Jimmy Johns or Firehouse. We all know Subway sucks. And they are sandwich artist that take pride in not slopping all the ingredients on.

This review is solely based on my experience with getting lunch catered from this location. Their sandwiches are great. I enjoy them. But I will probably never cater lunch from here again. It’s a shame that the location is in downtown where there are plenty of offices around and people are always catering lunch in. I placed my sandwich order for 6 people 24 hours before delivery. I ordered online and the process was easy to navigate. Fast forward to 15 minutes AFTER the expected delivery time, I called the location to check the status. She was unsure and started speaking to the person beside her in Spanish. About 5 minutes of waiting, she told me they are going right now. I was very confused to why the order was not already delivered. I asked to speak with the manager but she said the manager will have to call me back. When I received my order, half of what was ordered was not there! I was already disappointed about the delivery time. This was not going well. I call the store back immediately and no answer. I try an hour later and the line is disconnected! Eventually I spoke with the District Manager, Jesus, but by that time I already had a terrible impression of them. Go here if you are only ordering for yourself. Don’t order if you want lunch on time and happy managers.

I’m writing a review because I think there should be some quality control prior giving the customers their sandwiches. I like Which Wich, the sandwiches are good, when you get the one you order. The service is great – friendly and fast. However, I ordered a coldwich, chicken salad wich and somehow ended up with a hotwich, muffaletta. I noticed my bag was warm as I was walking back up my building and then realized that they had accidentally switched my sandwich with someone else’s during the sandwich making process. The veggies were all what I had ordered, just the phase 1 part wasn’t(bread and meat). My one complaint: the person who had prepped the final stages of my wich(veggies) and handed me my sandwich clearly said«Chicken salad sandwich». A muffaletta and chicken salad do not look similar at all. There should be some check to make sure that you’re dealing with the same sandwich the customer actually ordered. I still ate it, and I’ll probably be back. Sucks for the person who got my chicken salad wich and was expecting a hearty muffaletta. I’ll just be checking my wich prior leaving from now on.

Across from my hotel, the girl taking my order would rather be somewhere else than working there service was horrible. First time visit will be my last at this place.

Super nice staff and tasty subs! Plus the warm chocolate chip cookie made the meal. We don’t have these in PA so it was neat to try something new and we loved their creative ordering process.

To be fair, today is my second visit here and I have ordered a bagel with cream cheese both times. Hardly a complex order and not one that can likely be prepared incorrectly. Having said that, my bagel was properly toasted and came pre-schmeared with cream cheese. As a bonus, I didn’t get an inquisitive look and a snide comment when I asked for sliced tomato on it. Yes, tomato. Try it. You will like it. What really prompted me to write this review, however, was the fact that after only one prior visit the day before, I was asked if I wanted the same thing. In my head, I’m thinking, «you remember me? How can that be?» The employees were courteous and relatively efficient. I suppose my only semi-complaint would be that it seemed to take more than just 2 – 3 minutes to make a bagel. Maybe it was those darned tomatoes!

I don’t know why some people are rating this establishment so low. I stopped in today and I thought it was fine. I like the concept of the ordering. Sure, it could use a little more space to wait for your sandwich, but that’s the way it is in that building. I found the employees to be very respectful. I actually saw the manager go several times to help people who were new to the establishment figure out how to order their food. I sat at one of the tables and the manager actually came by when I was finished and offered to throw away my wrapper and other items. I had the cheesesteak«with» and it was good. But I ordered a large and I was way more food than I needed. One recommendation I would make is for them to put a sign up near where you fill out the paper bags that gives you a step-by-step description of what you need to do to order. I think that would be helpful for everybody I’m staying at the Club Quarters hotel and this sandwich place is right across the street. it’s pretty handy. I will definitely eat here again.

Staff were rude, they didn’t get me my order for 15 minutes and then said«Well, we are working on a large catering order, so that’s why we didn’t fill your order on time.» The food was NOT worth the wait. I won’t be back.

My original review was right after the opened and now I suspect the brought in a special team to get the place up and running and train the staff. Unfortunately, the training didn’t go too well. My first experience with the new staff was infuriating. I ordered a green egg and ham breakfast sandwich and they forgot the ham. That isn’t the end of the world and not what really pissed me off. Since I was busy, I arranged to have the basic sandwich made before I arrived. When I came down, no sandwich. The manager overrode that decision and wanted my sandwich, sandwichbag and receipt back. Then I waited 10 minutes for them to finish making it, which is a rediculous amount of time during a slow period. I made my displeasure known and received a dismissive response, essentially saying that I was being unreasonably impatient. Not once did they even apologize for the initial mistake. My next experience, the one that I just had that prompted my belated review update wasn’t as bad but just reminded me of how annoying the manager or experienced person there is. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it came out sloppily prepared and so loaded with pepper that my lips are still burning 10 minutes after finishing the sandwich. And I eat lots of very spicy food. But really, I can live with a spicy sandwich. What bothered me is how she responds to questions. Can I get a coffee? Her response: «it comes with coffee», proper response: «I’m sorry, but it only comes with coffee, you can upgrade to a fountain drink for a fee though. Would you like to do that?» She is not a very good customer service person.

Service is relatively slow, especially for beating the lunch rush. The food is always good though and this is in a great location.

Not sure I really like the concept. Write your order on your sandwich bag hand it to the cashier, pay for it and wait around until your name is called out. Which seems to be an age. Although it is new so I should give them some leeway. There is no real set place to wait whilst your sandwich is being made either, so during busy times there are quite a Few people just standing around looking hungry waiting for their sandwich. Which means you have to squeeze past them all to order yours before joining them in the wait. I’m pretty sure it would actually be quicker to walk across the road to Jimmy Johns and back rather than wait at Which wich.
