US Cleaners

Close to me. I’ve had no problems with the workers. Will continue to go there. Not sure why everyone is giving this place a bad review.

Don’t go there. Resist the convenience of their location. First, they stole my husband’s $ 200 Versace shirt. The owner lady (her father-​in-​law owns the place) promised to look at the cameras right away. She never did. And because her cameras have only a week memory span, shirt is being worn by somebody other than my husband. No compensation was offered. Then, they continued to launder vs. dry clean my husband’s expensive shirts after I gave them another chance. This week they put some weird wax spot on my silk designer blouse. The same lady claimed that a spot was there before (epic!) and it turned yellow after dry cleaning. Note, if you have spots on your clothing, they turn yellow instead of coming off. She also hung up angrily telling me that I can pick up my upgraded wax spot blouse, if I want. Total damage from them is about $ 300 in lost/​ruined items, laundered $ 450 shirts, rudeness is free! No wonder her husband drives a brand new Range Rover. They sacrifice quality to make money. Wonder, who in her family is wearing that Versace shirt?

I so wanted to like this place because it is very convenient.
Also, men shirt at 1.85/piece?! Sweet! Well too bad that they add 50% to that because of the «size» of my shirt.

I am almost 6 feet tall and weight 175lbs… If I am fat then what do they usuallybdealbwith? The smurfs?!
When asked to explain why they started to charge me more in the past month, the Asian lady kept on saying «it’s the size» like a broken record. After 5 minutes I felt like an imbecile as I was not getting anywhere and decided to just head out to Unilocal,write a bad review and find a new place.
Changing dry cleaner in 3…2…1…

Dry cleaners have a tough time with reviews… Most seem to end badly because it only takes one bad experience before you want to «one star review» a cleaners. This location had three fails before this review was written.
I so badly wanted to like this place because it is extremely convenient, but apparently directions are hard to follow at this place. We are not talking about off the wall directions like only stroke the iron left to right on blue shirts. We are talking about «dry clean these three items» and then two items come back washed and one is dry cleaned! How does that happen? And how does it happen when the tag says dry clean!?!
After the first time it happened we had a come to Jesus meeting about how everything I bring to the dry cleaners is to be dry cleaned. Every time I drop something off the directions are «dry clean everything». Well it happened again… Two items dry cleaned and two laundered… 2^nd shirt ruined.
I can’t believe it happened a third time… What’s the point of reliving it in detail here? Just avoid the place… I’m going back to Smart Cleaners.
(Bonus: If you feel overcharged, then ask them for a receipt and see what they give you… That will guarantee you don’t return.)

I bring my clothes here quite often. First, it started with everytime I brought shirts, they would come back with missing/​cracked buttons so I would then have to bring it to an alteration place to add /​fix the buttons. Extra money on my end on top of paying for the laundry/​dry cleaning. Then I bring a pair of white pants, pick them up, and they have water spots on both thigh areas. I bring them back and go back THREE times to pick them up for them to tell me they lost the pants… Do not go to this place. They do not keep you in the loop and give you updates. They just give you the run around. I know mistakes happen, but this is becoming a habit there. My husband and I will not be using this cleaners anymore.
