Urban Vapes

Great service, cool juice concept, good prices! Was going to another spot for a while with a pool table, hookahs, and couches and was getting gouged on prices. Decided to look for more places nearby and found urban. Walked in, was greeted by the owner and explained that I had bought the wrong coils for my setup. He had what I needed and gave me a discount for the coils I had accidentally purchased online. This is now my spot and I recommend it to all of my friends.

Neat little place — friendly service, they mix the juice on the spot and have excellent prices. I’ll be back for sure. Also, there is a parking lot, it’s not just street parking.

A buddy of mine showed me this shop. Now it’s the only one I go to because the customer service is top notch as well as the selection of flavors. The thing I like is the rotating custom flavors they have on the chalk board. Yanny helped me out and he was a wealth of knowledge when it comes to vaping. I will definitely keep coming back.

Walked in the door was greeted and helped. Very good customer service to say the least. They were very helpful in trying to find a juice for me. most of their juices are in-​house, which may be good for some people. I usually prefer premium juices, which they had a small selection of. They are a new vape shop so that might be the reason for a small selection. Overall, I had a good experience.

I live and work in the area so I drove past this place a few times before deciding to go in. I was a little wary from a bad experience at another shop but I figured I may as well give these guys a chance and get back into vaping.
Well, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The guy working the counter was nice, explained all of the options well, and demonstrated that the product worked before I purchased it. They also have a flavor of the month/​week/​something board where customers can create and name their own juice blends and post them for other customers to buy. The 3 most popular win store credit or something, which is just awesome.
Oh yeah, did I forget to mention they make their juice in-​house? You can blend as many flavors as you want together and they’ll make it for you on the spot at the specified mg and everything. Then you can name it and put it on the aforementioned board to share it with the other customers.
All in all, its a excellent business and wonderful part of the community.

The guys at Urban Vapes are by far the most friendly and helpful people I have ever encountered at any of the many vape shops I have visited in Houston. They have a huge selection of juices to sample and they aren’t trying to shove any brand or flavor down your throat. If you want a flavor made they can mix you up one as well. I would recommend them to anyone trying to start vaping or just wanting a easygoing group of people to ask of their opinions.

This guys are great. Very helpful. Customer servise is great. The have premium juices and make in house juices. They can make you any flavor you can think of if you have a recipe for it. The prices for their in house juices are better than any one else too which is awrsome unlike these other places that charge the same as a premium juice. They also have some competition were the customers name there own recipe and name their juice and they put it up on a board. When someone buys a bottle of there creation they put a tally mark on the board. I don’t really know what they end up doing with the winner (I forgot what they said) but it’s cool that they get customers to interact with their purchases. Check them out man. Worth it.

The Asian dude (sorry I forgot his name) is SUPER nice and VERY helpful. Taught me al I need to know and hooked me up with a great deal :) great flavors

Been to many many places, Urban Vapes is an hour from my house and I make the commute every week just because they are the most customer friendly and very knowledgeable. They carry great products and make great recommendations, and Walt can build some awesome coils. Their house juices are awesome and they let you make up your own flavors and have a monthly competition to enter your flavor in to win free prizes at the end of each month. I don’t go anywhere else anymore because Urban Vapes has set such a high standard that nobody else can reach and I’m always disappointed anywhere else.

Great vape shop. Only place I go. Fair prices and great guys that work with you if you’ve got a budget.

Great shop! I went to about 5 different vape shops in the area, and Urban Vapes was the only one that showed any interest in helping me. They were very nice and honest, and one of the only shops that had the product I was looking for
