The Joint ...the chiropractic place

Great front desk service and caring professional doctors. Helped me so much.
Highly recommended. Worth the expense.

First off, I am a loyal client of The Joint Chiropractic. I frequent the heights location and I’m a fan now of the Spring Cypress location.
Unfortunately, I came to the Louetta location 10 minutes before they closed at 7pm and the lady in the front that I called said she would take me in if I came in 10 before and if no one else came in because they had one person waiting already. When I arrived no one else came in and she turned me away and said to have a great day and be safe. WOW!!! I obviously came in because I’m in pain and need to be treated which is usually 5 minutes tops for a reset.
Don’t go to this Joint Chiropractic location because they don’t care about your health and care about getting out as quickly as possible. Mind you it’s a Tuesday and I doubt the front office lady is close to getting overtime.
I will never go to this location again. I suggest everyone to go to The Joint at Spring Cypress where they will take care of you better.
The only reason this location got 2 stars was because I’m a fan of other locations.

First off, I want to say I was a little skeptical when I was doing my research on this place. I have been in chiropractic care before and paid a LOT of money for it, so when I saw the prices here I was weary. I recently tweaked my back pretty good during a workout and was hoping that the pain would just fix itself. That is usually my way to fix pain, just out will it. But alas, I was convinced by the wife, and she was right, again.
Upon arrival I was met by a guy name Angel. He was very helpful. I already knew about the membership and terms and had full planned on signing up IF the doctor adjusted me correctly. I met Dr. fritz and he was very accommodating. He then found the problem with a few stretches and adjusted the back into place. I walked out pain free. I will see him again next week to make sure it stays that way.

Wow. I cannot believe what just happened. Let me tell you a story of fraud that begins with this place.
I had a much needed 10am appointment booked with a new (to me) chiropractor in Vintage Park that came recommended to me by Healthgrades and my healthcare provider. As I couldn’t find the office while sitting in the parking lot (and I couldn’t remember the doctor’s name — shame on me for not putting that in my appointment notice) I googled for «chiropractor Vintage Park» and came up with this place. Called them and they gave me directions. As I came into the office I confirmed they had me down for 10am and had my information in the computer. First red flag I should have noticed is they didn’t ask for my insurance card. No big deal, since I had given it to them over the phone prior when I set the appointment. Second red flag: They had me fill out paperwork manually, when I had sworn they said they had everything on technology. Maybe I misunderstood. Third red flag: They told me over the phone I would be doing Xrays and the doctor only took my blood pressure and temperature (huh?). Fourth and final flag: Hard sell on a subscription program.
As I got home and checked my records, it turns out that my appointment was with another chiropractor across the street and not this place. I CANNOT believe that these guys acted like they were expecting me and flat out lied they had me in their system. I feel scammed. Adjusted, but scammed.

This is the best Joint location.
Dr. Fritz is my favorite chiropractor at this location. However they are all very good. I get in and out quickly and I love getting adjusted.
