Drove all the way from 1960 at Champions to the Heights because the TCBY costumer care number suggested I might try that location after reporting that the store of Beltway 8 and West and 1960 and Champions have had only 4 flavors –coffee, grapefruit, italian tart and brownie– in the last 4 weeks to find out this store has also the same 4 flavors and belongs to the same owner. The same excuse by the person at the cashier: «we were supposed to receive the truck last weekend». The TCBY customer care number 18003486311 suggested the stores might be in the process of closing. Frustrating!

When are they open? My daughter and I try to go 3 or 4 times a month but they are making it really hard to do that this month. We went last night(¼) at 8:30pm and they were closed. Went tonight(1⁄5) at 7:15pm and they are closed. We love the treats but it doesn’t matter how good your yogurt and cookies are if they don’t let us in to buy them. Is this why no hours are posted on the door?

I can’t believe they ran out of white chocolate moose. I will now be driving across town to the one on San Felipe.

Decided to try this today but when we drive up there it was closed and a sign on the door with a notice of locks changed due to delinquent rent.

One of my first jobs in High School was at a TCBY here in Houston and I also worked at a different location during college in Austin. I know my TCBY favors and their white chocolate mousse, cheesecake, and golden vanilla are some of my favorite flavors. I was so excited to see this TCBY location open, 1 mile from our house. All the classic TCBY frozen yogurt flavors are offered with a few new ones. The yogurt flavors in the freezer case are a bit limited, however the majority of the counter space is dedicated to a full buffet of self-serve toppings. The only compliant I have is the freeze quality of the frozen yogurt. Unfortunately I don’t think this location invested in the top-of-the-line Taylor frozen yogurt machines, so the fro-yo is not frozen solid and is somewhat runny when being dispensed. In hot Houston, this leads to quicker melting fro yo which is disappointing. If you spend time selecting your toppings, you will definitely have liquified fro-yo in your cup after you finish paying. Hoping the management will upgrade the quality of their machines.

My new favorite spot. Used to go to TCBY with my mom all the time when I was growing up. Moved into Houston and there just weren’t many around. So thankful my neighborhood has one now! The staff and managers here are amazing, and I should know, I go every single day!(Sadly, I’m not even kidding). If you haven’t stopped by yet, it’s a must. Far superior than any other froyo place.

Was walking around the area and happened on their opening day. Was warmly invited in to try free yogurt. Loved their tart flavor. They have a great selection of toppings too. Very friendly staff, clean store that is kid friendly. The cookies looked great, though I didn’t try any.

When do you all open? We can’t wait! Tcby is the best yogurt ever! I don’t like any of the other places! This is my childhood favorite!
