Horrible customer service. Every associate I have worked with is super young and never knows enough about the actual phones or plans being sold. I drive all the way to 1960. It’s way better.

The service here is much much better than the location on Eldridge and 1960. The people here actually care to do their job. Brandon and Howard were very courteous, understanding, upfront and helpful. The transaction went through smoothly. No wonder this location is packed — better service. Four stars because T-Mobile needs to get their shit together.

T-Mobile is not my favorite cell phone carrier but this stores employees have helped me on multiple occasions. They are very nice and actually help you unlike the employees at the T-Mobile at First Colony Mall. Thank you employees!

worst service ever!!! i switched to AT&T because the customer service at this location was horrible I have been to this t-mobile store twice and both times i have experienced the worst customer service ever . long story short 1. a male employee didn’t want to help me purchase a new phone and while texting on his apple Iphone(they dont sell iphones at t-mobile stores, which should of been a clue as to how much he cared about the phones and service that tmobile offers) told me i could purchase a $ 15 phone from wal-mart so i gladly did. i had my 7th month old w/me at this time and needed a phone asap. 2. t-mobiles network is having problems w/being able to allow my husband and i to have any service/signal in our home and we dont have a home phone so we drove to this location and got there 2 minutes till 8:00pm a female employee was letting customers out and didnt want to help us all she kept saying was that they were closed and they closed at 8. might i had i had my 7 month old and need a phone in-case of an emergency and then she called the cops on us. saying that they had money out and were trying to close and making it seem like we were up to know good but in reality we only wanted our phones to be able to work when we have been loyal customers since 2002 by the way our phones still dont work!
