Getting real tired of your shit AT&T. Unfortunately I can’t be connected to wifi 24⁄7 but if I’m not I barely use my phone. Somehow you guys still find a way to charge me up the ass with overages. I’ll be minding my own business not even using this damn thing and I’ll get a message about going over. Once my plan is up I’m going to a new company that actually has reasonable options.

Came in for an upgrade on 11÷12÷15. I told the guy specifically that I ONLY want to upgrade my phone. Leave my plan exactly as it is. The employee Angel M changed my grandfathered $ 30/month data plan to DataPro 3GBWITHOUT telling me. Unknowingly, I signed the contract and it wasn’t until I came back from vacation I get a text telling me I reached my 3gb limit and will be charged $ 10 for every data over. This has got to be the worst case of corporate trickery I ever dealt with. I have 6 other lines with ATT and they better believe that I will no longer be on their service if they don’t change my data plan back to what it was. PLEASESTAYAWAY and READTHECONTRACTS. Absolutely disgusting. Didn’t know upgrading to a LGV10 was going to cost me more than I wanted. Such a shame. 12yr+ customer. T-Mobile I will be with you shortly.

This is my 5th time attempting to get my account corrected with accurate discount code. Fortunately, the AT&T representative who serviced me today immediately took out the form I needed to be faxed to at&t for the 3 star. It takes 5 different representative for 5 different months including the store manager to getting one simple thing done. And no guidance in the past, I have to get my company to provide me all the documentations that AT&T should know. From when I switched over, the reason I switched over was solely due to this contact between the two companies, and from this store. I even asked if thet needed the documentations sent to them, no not really. No apologies for the inconveniences or nothing. If it weren’t solely based on my business emails and traffic flow, I’ll go back to t mobile. This is ridiculous. Let’s hope they all got my information this time, maybe they need my taxes, family history, medical records too.

Bobby was awesome. He completely broke down what the new policy on smart phones was. He made it really easy to understand. Great salesman. Great guy. The rest of the staff I couldn’t give you an opinion on due to the fact that Bobby was the first to introduce himself and help me out. Thanks again Bobby.

Because my phone is in dire need of an upgrade, I found this place and thought why not. Despite the consistent 1 star reviews, my visit wasn’t as bad as I anticipated it would be. I was helped by a man named Bobby in about 10 minutes. Bobby was nice and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I felt I was well taken care of but am not sure if I would have received this level of service from the other associates present. Wouldn’t mind coming back here.

Would have given a score of a big fat zero if I could. How does this store stay in business? Store employees are apathetic and don’t seem to like what they do. One in particular(Alexander — yes you) shrugged when I complained and said I would deactivate all my AT&T products due to lack of customer service. What a pain!
