The store is well organized. In my opinion, the games are overpriced but I’m not a gamer so I can’t really appreciate. Check out takes ENTIRELY too long. Your bring the empty case (s) to the counter, the registrar then runs back to their library to locate the discs, brings them back to the counter, rings them up, inserts them into their respective cases, tries to sell you on a warranty, and on and on. I swear it took us longer to check out than to shop. It seems they could have a better system in place to get shoppers out quicker. The store is cramped and when the line gets long, you can imagine how difficult it is to even shop. I should probably just get the Xbox live subscription to avoid all of it. Blah!
It annoys the hell out of me when Associates take calls ahead of customers standing in the store. Put callers on hold and tend to the customers in your face dude!

I kept my sister company while she did some errands at gamestop. The service was very friendly and helpful and this location is pretty orderly and neat. I dont really know about games, but they seem to have a large assortment of games for a lower price than retail. Most people here seem like gamers and the employees seem to be knowlegeable in that area as well.
The location is a bit hard to get into because it’s in the corner of a very congested highway and parking is very limited and shared with other establishments. I mostly park on the side of the plaza. It’s easier access and also more vacant.
