I loved my smoked turkey, sprouts, onion and tomato on honey wheat sandwich! I wish there was one closer to where I live!

Food is good but the service is HORRIBLE! the guy that answers the phone answers with just «hello» so you dont know if you called the right place or not. Once I placed a medium size order for the people at work I go to pick it up and see a sign inside that says «pick ups» I wait there for a while until some guy come and talks to me, I tell him the name of my order and he gives the bag to rude guy at the register. I tell him that the to go order is mine, he then informs me that to go orders have to stand in the long line… Usually when you go to a restaurant the to go orders are processed separately. Because I wasted my time waiting under the sign that says «pick up» thinking thats where I should be picking up my to go order and leaving I had 4 more people go in before me. What should have been a quick pick up and head back to work with the food turned out to be long. The guy at the register is way too busy making jokes than to care about costumer service. Their food is good but I sure will not be going back.

Very good quality sandwich, clean dining area. The place always seems to be slow in business but it works out for me because there’s never a line. I am always greeted with a smile. I just wish they had a better chip selection!

My company orders in box lunches from this location all the time. I’ve been very happy with the selection, quality and freshness every time. I also like the fact that they have specialty sandwiches that I don’t see offered at other places like Jason’s Deli. I’ve never visited the location, but when we have a meeting to work through and they pass around the list for choices, everyone here gets happy! They are a-​ok with me.

Let me first off state that my husband and I are have enjoyed The Stone Mill Bakery for many years. However, our experience today at the Voss location was horrific to say the list. The man at the register was the rudest and most hostile person I have ever encountered in the service industry. I was a waitress in the past and now work with very sick people in the medical industry and could never imagine treating anyone this poorly. He was not only being rude to me and my husband, but was a jerk to just about everyone else the he was taking orders and money from. I promptly called the other location and informed the owner. I truly hope she takes care of this issue, because as long as that guy is allowed to treat customers like that, they will quickly lose more business. My husband and I will not return to the Voss location, especially not while that guy is there! This is too bad, especially since we really have enjoyed their bake goods and deli over the years. Please beware!

I first ran into the bread at Specs when I was in between bakeries and the ingredient list looked pretty good, no chemicals or strange preservatives and home ground grains.
I thought I was going to get something special but the bread is a strange lack, an unoffensive white stuff without particular flavor, no great texture and a crust about the same density as the center.
Now the sandwiches, they were really special. If you are charging circa $ 8 for a sandwich, it night not be wise to brag about how thin you are slicing everything.
If you want bread with good ingredients but no taste, this is the place for you.
