I have had coolsculpt on my legs and I love the way they look. The treatment is easy and the staff is sweet and attentive to you during the process. I have recommended this location to my friends!

I wanted to get rid of unwanted hair so I came to this location for laser hair removal. Not only did I get a great deal for this service, but I am also happy with the final results. The entire staff at this location is always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable of every service available. I will definitely be returning!

I tried the ematrix after a consultation, I love it. Helped with my skin tone and seemed to have lifted my face and neck. I did a treatment each month for three months and the difference is gradual but amazing, especially in my neck. Rachael was wonderful and told me I just need yearly maintenance now, or sooner if I wanted. Love what it did and you can return to work next day! The staff is all very nice

I had a consultation appointment scheduled for 11:30 am on a Friday. I arrived at 11:30, and I had to fill out paperwork (three pages). The paperwork took me about five minutes. I waited in the waiting area for the manager for minutes. (Apparently, she was with another potential client.)
I went back to see the manager at 12:15 pm. (She apologized for running so late. It seems that if you’re here for a treatment, you get seen more quickly. There are various technicians to complete the treatments, and only one manager to complete the consultations.)
Customer service was.average. I do appreciate that the manager was willing to work with me, so I could start services as soon as possible. I did purchase a plan, so when I return for my treatment (s), I’ll add an update.

Horrible Customer service… This place is going from Bad to Worse. First off they call several times after the initial consultation to get your business but once you buy the service they just don’t care anymore. I bought laser hair removal package of 6. Appointment with Crystal, the laser tech was horrible, she is not at all considerable towards customer and during the treatment she did not cover the area with laser properly inspite of asking her. When talked to the manager, Rahael Pizzitola she was all the time in the defensive mode and during the whole conversation did not even care to consider my point.

I’ve been a long time client with amerejuve and I have always gone to the Galleria location for my Brazilian laser hair removal treatments with great results. This time they were booked for the next four weeks and frankly the girl on the phone was kinda short with me (for the past three years I’ve been able to schedule a day of two before but she said no way that’s possible???)
so I called the memorial location and they told me they had spots open that day! Crystal (Krystal?) was acting as the receptionist/​technician when I went in and was super warm and friendly the whole time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because there was a discrepancy over my «life time warranty.» If it were just a review on Crystal I’d definitely give 5 stars.
Rachel, Crystal and I were able to work together to settle on a payment we all agreed on in the end though. I will definitely be returning for my next maintenance treatment!
Also if you’re not getting the results you want my biggest suggestion to you is to shave an hour before you go and go in every six weeks like they recommend. Ever since doing these things my results have been a lot more impressive.

Too many issues with my laser hair removal contract. I have exhausted myself dealing with them. The actual hair removal is effective. I would recommend to find another place.

I bought a full-​body treatment from Amerejuve. Since it was full body, I was informed my the manager that I had to come in twice; once for the lower half of the body and the second time to do the upper half. Rachel was the technician who did the lower half. She had good customer service and made me feel relaxed. She applied an aloa vera gel after the treatment to help sooth the skin.
My second visit to the center was not pleasant at all. I experienced bad customer service from the manager, Tessa. Tessa, which had scheduled my appointments, did not schedule enough time for my treatment. I was told that two hours were going to be set aside for me and at the end, she wanted to end my treatment short and reschedule due to her schedule error. She wanted me to come another time to finish what was supposed to be done that day (apparently, this wasn’t the first time that she has made schedule errors). I told them that I could not reschedule and then she suggested that I finished my treatment in another room with a different laser that was not meant for my skin type. This was EXTREMELY unprofessional of her. What’s worst is that she didn’t event take the time to say it to my face and to apologize! She sent another technician to tell me. Luckily, Ruth, the technician who was treating my upper half of the body was trained in using the laser in the other room properly. Ruth was very professional.
Two days after my lower half treatment, I noticed that there were 3 lines of dark spots where the laser had touched my skin. I figured they would go away in a week, but they didn’t. I called the clinic about 10 days after the treatment and a girl named Mia said that it was normal and that they should disappear. She told me to give it one more week. Almost three weeks have passed since the treatment and they are still there, and there has been no improvement.
I advice everyone who is planning on getting laser hair removal at this spa to MAKE SURE that they schedule your appointment correctly. Also, make sure to get an experienced technician.

This is a great, clean location. Rachel Pizzitola is the best one there, she takes her time and does a thorough job! Other rush through it, she even does a little extra if needed :) I did not have any problems after the procedure. I have olive skin, so it works great for our type of skin.

This place has very friendly service! I would recommend Rachael Pizzitola if you are doing laser hair removal. She is nice, takes her time and does a wonderful job!

Been coming here for awhile now but Rachel Pizzitola is one of the best and patient. She takes her time, she’s thorough and most of all she doesn’t make fun of me for being a big baby! Thank you Rachel!

You can’t choose zero stars. I have had 9 appointments with basically zero change in hair growth/​frequency in shaving. Biggest waste of your money you could ever do. My skin and hair type should have been ideal according to them. They don’t know what they’re doing, huge turnover internally. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am VERY satisfied with my choice to go with Amerejuve MedSpad but I am even MORE satisfied with my decision to switch locations to Memorial. I go out of my way to go to this office. Ruth Reyes, is my favorite technician. She’s sweet, knowledgeable about skin care and the treatments and answered all my questions. When the treatments get a little tough, she knows just how to distract me with laughter and stories. The front desk staff is amazing as well. They are all very sweet and welcoming. I’d recommend this location to my friends and strangers.

I made a Unilocal account literally only to warn others before investing $$$ in services with the worst service ever. Twice i have shown up for treatments and they had no record. They squeezed me in but i was rushed and the second time i waited an hour before being seen.

I have never written a negative review. This place really tested my patience. The staff is always running around. Expect your treatment to start 20 minutes late and have inconsistent service. The staff has very poor training and all the body contouring (zerona and vaser) procedures were done wrong. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience ever… Besides it taking multiple attempts to schedule an appt and sitting on hold, the ‘call center’ kept messing things up and not scheduling me with enough time for my procedures I requested. Had my appts cancelled twice… Then when I finally show up, they asst manager RR tries to sell me big packages of stuff and when I tell her no thank you, I just want my facial and microdermabrasion, she tells me they did not schedule adequate time AGAIN! Worst service ever… From someone that routines at medispas and keeps her skin glowing, this place is definitely not worth the time, money or headache!!!

Can’t say enough positive things about Amerejuve Memorial! I have been going there for almost three months and everyone always is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My technician Brittney Miles is just a sweetheart, she always do her best for me to get the best results. I have almost completed my Bella Contour package for my belly area and can’t believe the difference it has made! I am so happy and very pleased, so pleased that I will get another package for my thighs. Other thing that I like about this location is, even when happen an inconvenient, they always try to work out the best way for you, they are very polite and very efficient.
