When a mocha frappacino tastes like a chocolate drink, then you know you’re at a bad Starbucks. I’ve had mocha frapps at many, many Starbucks, and I have to say that this was the worst one I’ve ever tasted. It was mousse-chocolate brown, which should have been an indication. Liquid chocolate. That’s NOT a mocha frapp. Blagh!

Just your average airport Starbucks. Service wasn’t super fast, but it also wasn’t mind-numbingly slow either. Baristas looked pretty bored, but at least they get the job done.

This Starbucks is located in terminal C. It is a fairly small shop so the line ends up running out into the airport which is inconvenient. Luckily the line moved fairly fast and the transaction of paying with the Starbucks app was quick and easy. I ordered a grande coffee and cup of water. My coffee came out right away, filled to the brim and pipping hot. The cup of water took 5+ minutes to arrive which was super confusing to me but I think it might just be how Starbucks operates. It seems the cashier could get me the drip coffee but the barista had to pour the water which meant it got caught behind a line of lattes and espresso drinks. There wasn’t really much room in the small shop for the milk and sugar table, so that kind of ran out into the airport as well. My coffee was so full that it had no room for milk and the lid didn’t fit perfectly on the cup so the hot full coffee kept spilling on my hand as I walked swiftly to my gate. Overall, it was fine for an airport Starbucks but a bit of a disappointment if I’d been at one of their larger stand alone stores.

Worst swill I ever got from anywhere that has the Starbucks logo on it. This is the one near the C 15−20something gates. Horrible. Undrinkable. Zero stars.

Go to a different one in Wish I could give 0 stars. The staff was so busy chatting and talking about whatever that it took 10 minutes to get through 5 people in the line. When I got up to order the male literally turned around to chat with the 3 women there. Then he asked what I wanted and ran my card. He did not offer me a receipt, I had to request it.

This is the worst Starbucks brand representative that I have ever been to. I understand it is in an airport so a lot is different. There is little attachment to a «regular» clientele and a very high demand for efficiency. However there are a few things that didn’t work here. Let’s start by saying that a Starbucks product will always be excellent if prepared correctly. The drinks were not the issue here. The problem is the staff. There was an obscenity laced Rap soundtrack being played from the preparation area. This was overwhelming the normal Starbucks music. I suspect that this is not allowed. I am not a music prude but there is a time and place for everything. The counter personnel felt it was appropriate to mock limited English speaking tourists that wore face masks for germs. It is there choice and they are your customers. I hope @Starbucks sees this because it was ridiculous! #Starbucks

This Starbucks is in term E. Horrible service. Keep your order very simple so it will come out correct. No customer service. They do not care about you. Cashiers are very slow. Lots of talking behind the bar. I love Starbucks. Normally get great service and drink is always correct. Not here.

I’m a sort recent Starbucks convert. Probably just approaching my 1 year mark. Why? Because I don’t drink Coffee and I never knew how tasty both the green tea latte and frappucino were. But, I digress. Now as an official high volume consumer, i’ve been to plenty of Starbucks. This one was the worst. Its an airport, so they should expect business. But it wasn’t that busy, I ordered right as I walked up… and then I WAITED. I waited a long time. While I saw: one nice woman taking orders and cashing people out and one other hardworking employee making drinks and 2 – 3 employees doing I DONTKNOWWHAT. If there is any place that needs quick turnover, its in an airport terminal where I’m trying to get something that I like during the 5 seconds I have in my layover. Was not a happy boy, at this Starbucks.

Small store located in Terminal C right at the intersection and the entrance to Terminal D. Friendly efficient staff my order was accurate and well put together.
