Save yourself! Oh Texas! Microwaved Toasted. The sign says toasted bagel with cream cheese. It tastes like a frozen bagel and this was not toasted. It was definitely nuked and it’s barely edible. I’m fighting really hard to try and grab a bite out of this chewy tough mess. I’d avoid at all costs.

Service sucked today. The guy at the register didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and when he finally said something I could barely hear him. He did greet anyone and didn’t say thank you. He just stood there like he was miserable with being there. When he brought me the sandwich he just held his hand out and walked away. Didn’t make eye contact… nothing. The sandwich was delicious, but the service was horrible. You all need to fix that. Smh.

Located inside Houston Intergalactic Airport… Another Airport shop that offers food, sandwiches, bottled water and soda. Picked up some bottled water here before boarding the flight to Austin.

If you’re looking for healthy, flavorful food, keep looking. I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich. I also grabbed a caprese salad. Both were very bland. The apple that came with the sandwich was good. I can’t recommend this eatery. This place took my sense of adventure down a notch. I should have gone to Chilli’s(ok maybe it wasn’t THAT bad!)

service horrible. After lady behind counter gave my sandwich to another person 15 people behind me in line because she«remembered» him ordering it, she then specifically makes me the wrong sandwich and hands to me. Later when I returned that sandwich and asked manager for my money back(and to forget the sandwich altogether) I overheard her say to coworker«he made me mad». Thank you. Won’t be back!

Camden Food Co. is damn lucky they make a good sandwich because these sandwiches are pricey! You can choose a «specialty» sandwich from the board or a «craft your own“which is what I chose. I ordered a turkey and Swiss on whole wheat, toasted. The sandwich itself was chalk full of my chosen ingredients and the bread was perfectly toasted. The cheese was melted perfectly(not that awkward half melted half not type) but it cost an extra two bucks at the register. Two slices of cheese for $ 2! In total my sandwich that came with chips came to a whopping $ 14. I could’ve gone to Subway across the hall and gotten two foot longs for that price but hey, quality over quantity right?

Decent egg salad sandwich. Some of the worst pasta salad I’ve ever had. The noodles were mushy, and the pesto sauce tasted weird, like it was spoiled or something – so bad I couldn’t even finish it. Money down the drain.

$ 17 for 2 slices of pre-packaged toast with a little turkey in between and a juice? Shame on you, airport ripoff! You just lost a customer

As far as the breakfast sandwich goes, in my opinion, this is a «gray lumps and brown sauce or brown lumps and gray sauce» establishment. They took two cardboard like planks of a substance that is supposed to be bread, smacked a couple precooked egg-like patties on these dry unbuttered planks, with your choice of precooked mostly tasteless sausage, precooked bacon, or ham, no sauce or anything else. Then, just to make sure the planks can’t get more dry and tasteless, they threw it in a speed(convection?) toaster oven. It came out hot, dry, and as sterile and with as little regard for taste or texture as manufactured food can be. If you need to put a food like substance in your gut to make a turd, it will do that, but I’ve had better reconstituted dehydrated food. This is crummy airport food at its worst. Bleh! PS, they also don’t have coke.

Stopped in as I was passing through the airport. I like how they have a bunch of freshly made reasonably healthy choices. Salads, sandwiches… hot or cold. Soup and plenty of juices.

Summary: food quality is decent but prices and portions are terrible Food(I’m vegetarian): there’s 3 sandwiches for vegetarians — caprese, roasted veggies, portobello/goat cheese. I had the caprese. It came on white bread not much different than wonder bread at the local grocery. There is a little balsamic on the bread(too much in my opinion). Then it is a lot of tomato, very little mozzarella, and one or two leaves of basil. It’s effectively a tomato sandwich. Overall: food quality-2.5 stars. Value 0.5 stars

Fairly good food served by some of the laziest morons in food service. Poor management means lousy employees. I’ve been here several times because I like their sandwiches, but every single time I’m met with terrible service by fools who just don’t seem to want to be there.

With healthy food options in airports being scarcer than blue emeralds, I am truly pained to report the lousy service and food Camden Food Co. inflicts on unwary travelers. The tuna salad is not stamped with a sell-by date, but it needs it. My order tasted sour and salty, and was thoroughly unpleasant. Requesting tomato and sprouts triggered an $ 8 added charge. Frustrated I wanted to just walk away, but they refused to refund my $ without the nowhere to be seen manager. Houston is truly an awful airport to use for connections…

This is as good as an airport deli gets! There are plenty of options to satisfy your cravings and quench your thirst. I would call it the healthy comfort food of the airport. The sandwiches fall just short of gourmet, but they are tasty. I got a roasted chicken avocado and requested it be made a wrap at no extra charge. The chicken was the same as the shaved roasted chicken you can get at your local deli shop, but the avocado and honey mustard really kicked in to satisfy my palate. They have a good selection of specialty chips, popcorn, and other sides such as caesar salad, caprese, and tuna salad. They also have fruit, cupcakes, and energy bars– and they were giving away a free fruit with your sandwich order when I was there. There are plenty of drinks to choose from too. Oh, AND two choices of soup. My wrap and popcorn(+ free banana) came out to $ 13. Good deal for good, quick food.

Oh my. I guess everything IS bigger in Texas. This sandwich was huge and I basically had two sandwiches after they cut it in half. Everything is made to order and they have a quick assembly line. For being at an airport, this is about as good as it gets. I was an especially weary traveler this day and thanks to the 3 different types of meat on my sandwich, I eventually returned to the land of the living. The employees working the line are super friendly, even dealing with my last minute sandwich change.(Only because in their speed to get my order, the place where you order and the place they have the sandwiches listed is not in a good line of sight, even for my 20⁄20 eyes). You could do MUCHMUCH worse at an airport for a good bite for the flight.

Not Fresh. Ordered a Beef and Cheddar and the Roast Beef was old and smelled. Returned it with little expression from the staff. Replaced it with a $ 10 grilled cheese. Hoping I don’t get sick from my few bites of the roast beef…

Airport food is typically low quality and expensive. This place meets the expensive label for sure, but I was surprised in the quality and size of their sandwiches. Making the sandwich was not an express moment, but it was good enough for me to grab sometime before boarding my connecting flight. If I go back to Houston, then I will stop by this kiosk again.

When I was younger, a personal pan pizza and a soda were my go to between flights but airports have definitely upped their game with food options, and Camden Food Co. has the potential to be a good choice in Terminal C. Its brand is really cool and the design of the space is inviting with a place to nosh on your DIY salad or sandwich and drink one of the many bevs they have. Since I was booking it to my next flight I opted for a sandwich so was waiting in line behind some woman oblivious to my presence. I realized after a couple minutes she was not perusing the drinks but checking stock so I passed her to go to the cash register since no one was particularly interested in taking my order. I recited my request for a smoked chicken sandwich with pesto and mozzarella, add avocado to the cashier who directed me back to the sandwich artist who then asked the cashier how might one make that sandwich to have the sandwich dude then guided by said cashier on how to make said sandwich, don’t forget to toast, and, «oh mam would you like aioli on that» which then wasn’t translated back to Mr. sandwich man ending in a conversation about how only one more round of flights and they could get off… Long story short: a little disconnect between a great brand and service. But you apparently get free produce with your $ 13 sandwich(hello, banana!). The sandwich was okay and the chocolate milk I got smelled sour though expiration wasn’t for a week, so milk might be a bad choice. Though I’m not giving them the best rating, I would try them again since there were other things to try and it could’ve been sandwich boys first week.
