Starbucks

Had the pleasure of meeting Rossalyn today. She was really nice and attentive and also very quick with my order. nMy first time at this Starbucks, didn’t even know it was there! I work at the Smith tower once a month and will deff visit everytime!

Omg. I went here after work for an iced lotte and when i asked them to make it hot they looked at me like i was crazy. Then i asked for fresh milk from the cow they said it would be impossible and i said why not. Can you believe they dont have cows in the back of a coffee place. If you want a hot iced latte with fresh milk trust me stay away

LONG overdue review.
The girls that work here are fantastic and work very quickly and are very familiar with their customers. I always breathe a sigh of relief whenever I see them both here.
The main problem? The guy, Chris is SUPER slow. When he is alone, the line can be really long extending out the door into the hotel lobby.; there are several regulars that come by that when they see him there alone, they just leave. He cannot seem to move at a fast pace and can only do one thing at a time. One afternoon that I stopped by cuz I needed my caffeine fix, and he was sitting on a crate or stool in the corning doing something and acted like I bothered him and made him move.
My business partner comes out once a month for monthly meetings with our clients, and he totally copped an attitude with her when she asked about the chocolate whipped cream for the Mocha Cookie Crumble. He did not tell us they were out and putted the regular whipped cream and covered it in the mocha sauce to make up for it. She asked why they didn’t have any and why he didn’t say something, and he response was just «we’re just out» in an aggravated tone. Lord.
For that simple reason alone, I dropped the rating to a 4. I can’t stand slow people (we’re talking snail slow, too)
