Terrible customer service, i know working for a fast food industry isnt the best, but they should at least train their associates on how to treat a customer, i love the food from sonic but customer service like this makes me want to never buy from sonic again. Every Time i go they always mess up my order. Either that or they always forget to provide condiments or forget something i ordered.
P.s if you’re in a hurry this place isnt recommended they take forever.

The worst customer service ever! When I ordered the guy completely ignored me. We waited 30 minutes and still nothing after i had pushed the button to order so I left. Never going back there again.

Love sonic but if you want are in a hurry trust me the drive thru is the way to go! Unless you want to talk with a friend while you wait for your food then feel free to park. Idk why many sonics are so slow. I can tell you that i have been to 28 sonics in 2 years and yes they are slow every single one of them.

Sonic & Jack –n-​the– Box are the two chains that are pretty much M.I.A. in the DC area. (Franchise opportunity?) What I miss most about this drive-​in chain are the LIME slushes and Cherry Limeades!!! So cool & refreshing during the hot summers, they are to me what Starbucks’ lattes are to the rest of America. Never been a DQ chick, & don’t know too much about TCBY — but, go Sonic!!!
