They just rebuilt this location and yet I feel they should of closed it down. The staff have really crap attitudes and repeat your order as if they can’t believe that’s what you are asking for. The staff that was here before were nice and I never had a problem. Even if you get here a few minutes before they close they don’t even have the courtesy to say sorry we are closed. Instead they let you sit there until you drive up then ignore you or do the «shoo» gesture. Talk about rude. Makes me wanna go to other locations or some where else.

This place disappointed me. I read reviews on another site that this place is a must try. I have tried other places recommended by the site and they were all hits but not this place.
The chili is flavorless. The cheese comes out of a gun and is way over processes. By the time you get to your table the oil is coking out of the cheese and separated.
The only that was good was the blizzard.
Odley enough it had a people lined up for it. National, Leo, and Lafayette Coney islands are a lot better.

Horrible place! They have cockroaches! I know this because I worked there! And the assistant manager Maira she is so mean! And the chili is not good at all. I only work like 3 weeks and had to quit that place make me want to puke seriously!!! It is disgusting!!! Please do not go here!!!
