Solstice Sunglasses

Back in July I purchased my first pair of «adult» sunglasses. Meaning, I didn’t buy them for 10 dollars on a rack that spins ;)
The polaroid sunglasses came with a case and the associate made sure to polish them for me before I left.
Since then, I have gone back 2 – 3 xs to have them adjusted after usual wear and tear. Each time I have had different attendants and all of them are wonderful! They gladly tighten the screws, make adjustments, and give them a cleaning and polishing before handing the pair back with a smile.
Happy with my purchase and such great customer service!

I LOVE Solstice and its because of the employees. I came into the store this past Sunday with my mom and twins. I was desperate for some help in tightening a pair of Ray Bans so they would stop falling off my face. Oscar (who is always SO warm and friendly) greeted me professionally like he always does. He not only helped me tighten the glasses but helped my mom too. Then, he helped me exchange another pair I had for the right size.
He is always so nice. Sometimes salespeople in the Galleria can be a little short, not welcoming, etc. However, Oscar is professional, warm and always helpful. I will ALWAYS shop only at Solstice because of him (and Pam, I think that is her name??) is so nice and helpful too.
