Janie & Jack

My oldest daughter is now 6 and her wardrobe consisted of almost exclusively (with the exception of gifts) Janie and Jack clothing. I even worked for them part-​time after going in the store so often I knew every line and got a great discount on my x-​mas shopping. Every Janie and Jack store I have ever been in has been a great experience until this one. They barely register your presence to help you, and most recently I made a purchase that qualified me for the portrait event which I then had to ask for. Then on the day of my appointment was canceled because the photographer was apparently having issues after I adjust my whole schedule around to do it on another day, they call me that day to ask if I can bring my girls in early since I’m the last appointment so the photographer can leave early. Seriously!!! When I call to cancel the appointment the guys answers along with the fax machine. Really? I will NOT be frequenting this particular store again. Bad example of Janie and Jack’s usually impeccable customer service.

This Galleria store is set up like a boutique and you’ll always receive individual attention from the employees here. I highly recommend this place for great children’s shopping that will stand out from most other clothing retailers.
Little guys and girls need pampering too — Janie and Jack is a great place to buy something superb for the smaller ones that mean so much to you and your family.
