I used to like Armani Exchange a lot. Over the years their clothes has just become less appealing and cheap. I came into this location yesterday and it is so difficult to get the help from any of the employees. I’m an ‘Extra-Small’ in tees and I could not find a single shirt in my size, but sure there were so many ‘Extra-Large’. Whatever. If you’re looking for sizes smaller than ‘Obese’, order online and have it shipped to your home.

I am a former employee of this location. Things have changed tremendously. The new setup is really cool if you want the atmosphere of a club. The entrance is inviting. When you enter the store it is rather dark with the exception of the spot lights that surround the fixtures. The music is a little loud. The store seems to always be packed for the obvious reasons. The associates there will stalk you like vultures. I had 5 different associates approach me which was okay but it can be a little much. These poor associates are pushed very hard to fight for the small commission fee that they are to earn if they make their sales. The clothing is nice but a little over priced for the quality. I went in with the specific purpose of buying a pair of jeans because their jeans have always been my favorites. At this particular time they did not have any jeans so the associate that stuck to me like glue told me about the chinos which I had no interest in. He was helpful and told me they would have a shipment of jeans pretty soon and told me his name so that if I were to return he would assist me. I completely understand his approach. The things salespeople must do to get sales. All in all I would say this is decent store to shop in but the associates standing in the doorway as people come in can be a little intimidating to shoppers that have never shopped there before.

Below average arrangement inside the store. From the outside it looks inviting, but as soon as you walk in, it is chaotic and lacks any organization and class.

Even though today was Black Friday and the store was busy as heck, the service and the helpfulness of the fashion trustworthy staff get 5 stars. Everyone already knows the apparel is amazing, but this particular store’s customer service is amazing as well. I explained to the fashion expert what items I was looking and he found the items for me, I didn’t have to do any work in the busy store. The store has such variety. I was able to shop for my conservative brother who has never been to a club before, my boyfriend who likes to dress sexy as hell and clubs all the time, a dress for myself to wear for the hospital and cute shirts that were on sale for $ 16.00, also my 45-year-old sister who is very conservative, I was able to sexy her up a bit. Definitely a treasure. A stop shop for the whole family.

I am the farthest thing from fashionable. I have a fav pair of jeans, fav shoes, fav hat. you get the idea. There isn’t anything«trendy» about me at all. However, every now and then I need to look up to date for a date or outing or whatever. To do that, I turn to the peeps at Armani Exchange. They have cool clothes. At least I think they’re cool. Some of the clothes(and staff) are a bit tooooo fashion forward for me, however I can usually get in and out with a cool pair of jeans, and a nice shirt for under $ 100. It’s hard for me to find stuff that looks nice on me since I’m a slim dude, but their stuff seems to work nicely(room in the crotch, unlike American Apparel). The staff is on commission, but aren’t pushy at all, and pretty knowledgeable actually. They have a dj in there on Saturday’s spinning just to liven up the mood a bit. Not bad, not bad…
