Love this place. Always my quick stop on my way to work rather than your normal burger joint. Quick service and their original sandwich is so tasty. Good size for the money as well.

Fast service, personable staff, sandwich was yummy. Crispy, delicious sourdough. Haven’t had Schlotzky’s in ages. Yum!

A few months ago I was at this location and I notice that Schlotzsky’s had increased their prices. I was kind of pissed because these types of places(firehouse, bullrito’s, et al) are masquerading as higher-end food establishments, when in reality they are just fast food places with higher prices. For the cost of one sandwich at places like this, you can get 2 better tasting sandwiches at a place like Mr Hoagies(for those on the north side of town) and still have money left over. *for those of you thinking I am a greedy mofo, I have never bought 2 sandwiches from Mr Hoagies at the same time, just making a point. My new gripe with Schlotzsky’s, which will stop me from ever buying another sandwich from there, is that they downsized their medium sandwich. I am standing behind someone in line, looking at the 3 sizes of buns they have on display. Since I haven’t been in Schlotzsky’s for about 3 or 4 months, I am thinking to myself that I know damn well that little medium sandwich(barely bigger than the small) won’t fill me up, so it must be the large sandwich that I am use to buying. So, I proceed to order a #3(turkey/bacon club) and the price was $ 16 and some change, which had me thinking what the *&^%$# did I just buy. They placed my to-go order on the counter in a styrofoam box and inside was this ridiculously large ^%$ sandwich sliced into quarters. I ate half the sandwich with no problem and struggled to eat another 3rd of it, so a good portion of it went into the trash. By trying to make more money with smaller portions, Schlotzsky’s just lost a customer.

Been here twice. Will never go back. Terrible customer service. Rude. Gave it two stars because the sandwich was good.

I had to work last one night this week and didn’t feel like cooking dinner when I got home so I texted the hubby and asked him if he wanted to grab a quick bite to eat on the way home. He said sure… so I suggested Schlotzsky’s and he was perfectly fine with that. We hadn’t been to a Schlotzsky’s in a few years… so why not. This Schlotzsky’s had your normal set up… you order at the counter then they let you know when your sandwich is ready. I ordered the Original LARGE because I wanted to have enough left over for lunch the next day. And they also have Cinnabon’s… so of course I also had to order one of those. This Schlotzsky’s had wonderful customer service. They offered to keep our Cinnabon warm till after we finished our sandwiches. And when our sandwiches were ready they brought them out to us instead of calling our number and going up to the counter to pick them up. Not that walking up there is a big deal… it was just a nice touch. I ate ½ my sandwich which was prepared perfectly by the way… and it was more than enough to fill me up. I even though, I could have gotten the medium and had been just fine with enough left over for lunch the next day. The sad part is… I didn’t even save room for my Cinnabon… so we got those to go along with our other ½ of our sandwiches. The restaurant was nice and clean, and there were plenty of clean tables. The next day I was excited to finish my sandwich for lunch. EH… I do have to admit… Schlotzsky’s isn’t as good the next day. The bread had gotten a bit soggy… if you can handle soggy bread then it might not have been too bad to you. I have a problem with soggy bread, so I was really pretty much unable to eat it. I was lucky though because I didn’t eat my Chips from the night before so I had those. I got the cracked black pepper chips… they were actually great. And I had my Cinnabon so I was able to warm that up in the microwave and eat ½ of it… so my lunch wasn’t ruined at all.

It’s been a while since I ate at a schlotskys and I was looking forward to a sandwich I remembered. Alas, the bread was different and that was what made this place special. The sandwiches were ok but lacked that difference. Guess memories are not what they used to be.

I have always loved Schlotzsky’s. Not sure how people can really hate on it. You get so much food for pretty cheap. Definitely would go here before Quizno’s(Although I have been more impressed with Quizno’s as of late). I grew up eating Schlotzsky’s, and any time I really want to get some bang for my buck, I usually choose Schlotzsky’s. Nothing I can complain about.

I come here weekly just to grab lunch to go whenever I am in a rush and don’t have time to make lunch. It is right around the corner of my apartment also so it is very convenient. The sandwiches and pizza are really good on some days and not so good on others, so it really depends on the day as to whether the food tastes good. Their bread is slightly on the hard, crunchy side; hard to bite into. The vegetable pizza is usually really good.

I have never been a fan of scholtzsky’s but my husband was craving it last night. Reluctantly, I went with him. I’m a low-carb gal, so I wasn’t too optimistic. First, location is fantastic. It wasn’t busy, and was SUPER clean. Our food came out extremely fast, which was a big plus. Price– One Med. Original, One Turkey chef sald, &2 drinks was $ 15. Pricey. Food– I was actually impressed by the chef salad. it was yummy. My expectations were low, so that may have helped. Overall– Except for the high price, I was impressed. Quick and easy. Will return.

Schlotzky’s was a big part of my childhood because my mother loved it and we didn’t have one in our hometown. She would always talk about how much she missed it. Then I grew up and actually was around them, and my review is 3 stars at every one I’ve gone to. This one doesn’t seem that crowded most of time. The few times I have been there it was pretty dead, but the service was fast so no complaints. The food is the same here as any other schlotzkys, tasty but not really worth the price. I’ll come back because its super close to my house and sometimes I just crave there bread. But all in all, its just a 3 star experience.
