Pizza is great. However I’m surprised by how good the wings are. Seriously the best wings I’ve ever had in my life, in all places who would have thought Russo’s. Good variety of soups and pastas, though I usually stick with the spaghetti and meat balls(basic) or the chicken Parmesan. Awesome staff too

We have been going to this place for a long time. Today we go and the owner tells us that they don’t offer pepperoni rolls on a weekend. I asked about it and the owner rudely commented that it is a week menu only. It’s fine no problem we said and ordered something else. He had an attitude when I asked about their chef. My husband goes to have tea and it is the most disgusting thing ever, he almost threw up! I don’t care about your food or anything else, but TEA??? HOWCANYOUNOTBREWFRESHTEA??? We will never come back here.

50 minutes for a to-go order via web. No apology or acknowledgement that I’ve been waiting in the store for 20 minutes, 30 minutes after placing the order. And I even tipped on the order, a big mistake. It appears the pasta dish was not even cooked until I showed up. Was not offered a beverage or anything for the delay. TERRIBLEHANDLING. No explanation, only excuses for a dining room that only had 5 tables occupied.

I went with some friends the other night. It was very good. My friend got the chicken Parmesan. It was delicious. We were there near closing and I really appreciate the restaurant staff being very polite to us. I will definitely return

I originally had written a great review for this place, unfortunately I had a really bad experience with a delivery order. Almost 2 hour wait and rude staff. I sent my food back. Truly disappointed.

Overpriced. Slow. Some assembly required. Basically everything you’d want to avoid in a pizza place. A large pizza and small house salad cost $ 28. Delivery took just over an hour on Saturday at lunch time. Upon arrival, the pizza still needed to be sliced before serving. I called to confirm, and no, this isn’t some attempt to appear artisanal in order to attract hipster customers. Bottom line: go with La Fresca 1st star = Unilocal house money 2nd star = my wife said the house salad was good.

I placed my order at 741pm. It’s 804pm and I still haven’t received my order. Which is 1 slice of pepperoni, 8 count garlic knots and chocolate chip cookie. I did not receive this service at the Russo’s Kitchen in Fresno, Tx. The manager stated that my meal was on the house just before muttering«keep your tone low or you’ll never enter my location again» with that being said I’ll never do business here again. On top of that’s it’s not busy. This is definitely my last time being a customer of 4 years with over 300 hundred orders. Still no order and I’m still typing. 3 customers complaining as well.

I am a fan of the Eggplant Parmigiana @ Russo’s. The marina sauce is perfect and not a strong tomato taste accompanied by perfectly cooked spaghetti. Their Greek Salad, Fried Cheese, Calamari, Stromboli and Pizza is also GREAT! I prefer Russo’s over Magiganos!

Crust was good. Artichoke dip was super thick. 1 large pizza and the dip and 2 drinks. Almost $ 40. Overpriced.

Stopped by after work to pick up a pizza. I still had another 15 — 20 min ride home so when I got home it was too soft and I need to put in the oven to crisp the crust. Great crust, good amount of toppings and of course good flavor.

I can’t say I was not pleased with my meal but it wasn’t anything to rant and rave about either. We ordered the chicken alfredo(came out way too soon) it was just ok… I personally perfer a thicker alfredo sauce, it is very garlicky but I like that. I should of left the chicken off because it didn’t taste like much of anything… I actually think it was a frozen chicken something or other. Medium Pepperoni pizza was again Ok… Tiramisu. .ehhh…I don’t really like Tiramisu so idk why I ordered it… lol. about $ 43 bucks including two fountain drinks. There are Italian places everywhere so idk if I’ll make my way back to Russo’s anytime soon.

We had an Hawaiian and Italian works pizza. Both were great. Also had a house salad. It was fresh and great. It seems like their meatballs are medium hot. I like them hot. So I guess it’s personal preference. I like their tomato sauce that goes with the meat balls. It’s always hot.

I went back!!! I ordered the Spaghetti with giant meaty balls. It was a bit spicy, but good. It was unlike the last pizza and cake I had there. I don’t really care for the bread that much though.

Expensive but a good menu with options. Soups, salads, calzones, pizza, etc. food isn’t exceptional but can please picky eaters.

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza has always been delicious from the Midtown and Galleria locations. This location had the worst version of this pizza. It was drenched in pizza sauce, undercooked and a soggy mess. Hopefully in the future they will call other locations to see how they prepare their pizzas. I will not be ordering from this location again. Cook the pizza longer and understand each pizza you a creating. A Buffalo Chicken should not be drenched in marianna sauce!

Pros: Good pizza, tastes better than the other chain stores. They had it ready quickly and I enjoyed it. Cons: High prices for chain pizza(consistent with Meyerland) and the ravioli and bread were awful. Also the pizza gave me indigestion. My recommendation: Eat the pizza but stay away if you have a weak stomach. Also avoid all side dishes. Gugliani’s next door is even better, so might want to check that out too.

I was attracted by the homemade soups and th pizza-by-the-slice. I never had a chance to taste pizza when I visited NYC. I remember when I had it was decades ago in San Francisco. Now, I could enjoy my beloved New York style pizza anytime. Yeah! I love the unique take-out menu — folded in 8th shaped as a pizza. I couldn’t believe how big this chain has grown. I remember seeing this restaurant across from Meyerland Plaza but never had a chance to try. The decors on the walls and neutral colors relaxes me. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with their products. I learned that this was the original restaurant before branching out to all over the world. One thing I would change is the width of the door. I saw a guy struggling to carry his 28-inch pizza through the door and had to ask his friend to help him from outside.
